So, irresponsibly, they're keeping a small waiting room full of potentially COVID positive people for much more than 15 minutes together. If you didn't have it before you walked in, you could catch it there for sure. The only precaution is that everyone must wear a mask. In the hours I was there I didn't see any staff disinfect the place. Oh and the doctor is walking around with the same set of gloves on as she sees patients. No, she did not change her gloves upon coming into the examination room to see me. Normally I have no issues with this clinic, but today the whole thing was wrong. Irresponsible and unsanitary. Edited to add: management contacted me immediately after I gave company my feedback. They've changed the procedure for COVID testing back to appointments to minimize exposure. They also acknowledged doctor not changing gloves is not okay and will address accordingly. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars after this new development.

While I've always respected our pediatrician,…read morethe front office staff at the Julington Creek location -- especially the office manager, Laquitta -- has treated us poorly more than once. What happened on October 28, 2025, however, was beyond unprofessional. My son had his sports physical completed and signed on August 21, 2025. When the school asked for another copy, I went to the office expecting a simple solution. Instead, Laquitta became aggressive, slammed her hand on the counter, raised her voice, and insisted the physical "never happened." She demanded $40 for another one and threatened to call the police when I asked to speak directly to the pediatrician who examined my son. Because I wasn't given the copy that day, my son missed a major athletic opportunity -- something that could have shaped his future. No parent should ever feel unsafe, dismissed, or humiliated for simply trying to support their child. The following morning, I went to the Durbin Park office, and the experience couldn't have been more different. Their manager, Terry Swanson, was kind, understanding, and immediately resolved everything. She confirmed that my son did not need to return or pay anything. Her compassion and professionalism are exactly what a pediatric office should demonstrate. I sincerely hope Angel Kids Pediatrics takes a serious look at the conduct at their Julington Creek office. Families deserve respect, honesty, and support -- especially when a child's future opportunities are on the line.
