They call…read morethe day Before and tell you a window of 6 HOURS but that the person assigned will call you the afternoon before to give you a more definate time frame. THEY DO NOT CALL. So you end up having to geta 98 year old up by 6;45and wait, and wait and wait. They do not list the home draw number on the internet to call and inquire but if you were smart enough to take the number down when they call to tell you someone is coming tomorrow, and ask thenm for a time frame that is less than 6 hours, they say they do not know and the person coming is out on the road. I find customer service is difficult to reach, you wait hours and honestly the blood draw centers they have in towns are small, dirty, the people orking unprofessional, you lackl privacy and their check in system works maybe 50 percent of the time. LabCorp officesare much cleaner and more professinally run. if you are lucky enough to live close to one.

They say the tech will call the day before to tell you are more narrow time range of when to expect them, but often do not call. This means getting the patient up at 6 am and just waiting. Not a good system. Not patient friendly. When you call the main office, you get no information or means for them to contact the tech to find out when they will arrive. Sometimes they call about 15 minutes before they arrive, which is hard for elderly people to get up, dressed and masked in Covid times. Quest needs to do a better job.

If I could give a zero, I would. I will never use Quest again. There is zero notice on the site…read morethat this location is ONE human in a closet. Walked in, waited over an hour. Watched the tech have attitude with anyone daring to ask questions. The tech disappeared for an inordinate amount of time while on-time patients were left waiting. All walk ins were gone except me. He took someone ahead of me who showed up with no paperwork and didn't have an appt because she got her doctor to call paperwork in while I was STILL waiting. I finally walked over to knock on the door to ask him NICELY if he was going to get to me before he took his lunch break in 13 minutes. "You should probably just leave." This is Quest Customer Service? You leave people waiting AND your tech would have gone to lunch without even taking me nor TELLING me that he was not going to take literally FIVE minutes to draw my blood? Reprehensible. I'll be leaving feedback on every single platform because this is the worst lab experience I have ever had. I will inform my practice that I will NEVER use your services again. It is clear from other reviews that you do not value anything but making money.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy!…read more I'm from out of state but needed labs drawn. This was close to where I was so I booked an appointment in advance. I arrive ten minutes early and checked in using the kiosk outside- which was SOOOO easy and cool how it read the ID and insurance cards. The employee popped out shortly after, and brought me inside the room, where he took the lab slip and filled out the stuff and took payment. He drew blood easy and painless and because I'm an extra bleeder, gave some extra taping. It was a STAT order so he said I should have it in a couple hours. I was out of the room 5 minutes after my appointment.

What a terrible experience! I was in town on 7/20/22 from Texas. I lost my voice, my ears hurt and…read moremy throat hurt. I made an appointment online the night before. I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment. I signed in on the kiosk and waited. I observed two exam room doors and over time noticed two female employees constantly going back and forth from room to room. I wondered why. Finally one of the females called me in. It was easy to bring all of my meds with me since I had them for travel. She was so happy I had brought them and she went through each one looking at the screen and hand writing some kind of list. It took awhile but it had to be done. She ended up administering a Covid test and a strep test based on my complaints. She told me the tests would take ten minutes to get results and then I would see the Nurse Practitioner Catherine Cushman. After 15 mins of watching other patients coming and going the NP walked out and asked me if I had checked in on the kiosk. I had been here an hour by now. I said yes, I'm just waiting to see you. She said well test results take 15 minutes. (So she knew I had already checked in) Finally she calls me in and wants to start with my medications. I told her it should all be in as we just went through that. She said it was her responsibility to determine if it's all correct. So again she asks me questions the tech has already gone through. I've now been here an hour and ten minutes and we have gotten no further? She, the NP says, I'm not sure I can help you if you are not willing to go over your meds. I said, name the med and I will say yes or no if I'm on it. I was mad at this point. After we got through meds she said,"Ok besides bee pollen what else are you allergic to?" I replied that I'm not allergic to bee pollen where did that come from? She took offense and said," Ma'am I'm just reading what is in your record, I didn't write it." I told her I don't care who typed it, it is incorrect and what else may be wrong with my record. She then explained that the tech can not enter or delete meds from the computer, only the NP can. Wow. What a waste of my time. Next she finally looked at my ears and said there was so much wax she couldn't see my eardrum. She told me to buy Debrox and clean the wax out. Negative results on my two tests - isn't that great she asked? Fast forward one week. I am back in north TX and my ears are worse. I went to Texas Health Breeze urgent care. I did all paperwork online before arrival to include my medications. I walked in at 1pm. At 1:30pm I was walking out with a bottle of Augmentin for the fluid behind my eardrum and a suggestion that my allergy meds had stopped working and I should change to another brand. At 1:31pm I swallowed my first pill of my RX!!!!!! That's how it's supposed to work. Shame on CVS Minute Clinic MA 704 and Catherine Cushman, who should have cleaned out my ears so she could then observe my eardrum. I could easily have ruptured my eardrum flying home. And shame on Catherine Cushman NP for making me feel bad for getting angry at the ineptitude I dealt with when I came to your clinic for help.

Sarah calls and leaves a VM stating she has my results. I call back and speaking with Sherry. I introduce myself on the call and state why I'm calling. Sherry replies "...okay so...". Now I'm confused because she sounds like she doesn't know what I'm talking about. She asks why I'm calling and I explain again and ask what information she needs from me, she's still acting like she doesn't know. I state I'm getting frustrated and the VM Sarah left only states to call back that number. Sherry asks for my name, i reply "as mentioned at the beginning of the call, my name is....". Sherry responds and basically cusses me out saying I don't need to be rude and talk to her with my tone. Mind you, I'm in excruciating pain on the verge of tears. I start recording the call on my end because I was appalled with her response! I explain to her my predicament and finally was shown some empathy. I shouldn't have to explain my life story and break down into tears for a healthcare professional to show some empathy. Sherry does not need to be working there or in healthcare. Sarah was AMAZING! :) She deserves to be recognized for her upbeat demeanor and excellent care. Sarah is the reason this review is getting 1 star. Thank you Sarah for your kindness EDIT: Both Sarah and Sherry are trash. Sarah said based on my results, I got a referral for PT. Sarah stated she will send over my referral to the PT office. She told me to call in an hour but I know these things take a while and called a few hours later and left a VM. I called again this morning and was speaking to someone, getting registered, and turns out, Sarah NEVER sent it over. Neither Sarah or Sherry belong in healthcare. Carewell Northborough has the absolute worst care and customer service. You're better off going to your local witch doctor.
