More importantly, Matt the paramedic and Virginia the nurse practitioner were insanely great. Listened, quickly tested me and came back with the results and sent me on my way to healing. Impressive, all for $18

How is there only one person working the front area? Corey is clearly stressed and that is where the rudeness comes in. All she is able to do is point to people and then ask them to sit down. Doesn't check to see if they have appointments, what time they had their appointments scheduled for, etc. The online booking was super easy, but there is no point in arriving on time or early. Basically just sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half watching people who came in after me come and go. I am going to need a covid test after this covid test for the amount of time I just sat there... I would have been better off just waiting the ten days at home with no extra exposure.

I was at the ER on July 14, 2023 because I cracked my head and needed 7 staples. As other reviews…read morehave stated, it was a long wait to be seen. I arrived at about 245pm and was discharged at 720pm (when I left, the waiting room was more than double than when I arrived). That being said, my experience is that hospitals range from 2-12 hours wait, so although I felt like I was in crisis, I was sitting near the check in desk and the people they triaged before me FOR SURE were in more of a crisis that I was. Everyone was very nice to me. The check in person, the triage nurse, the RN who gave me my tetanus shot, and the doctor who treated me were all very nice and attentive (even when I was in the waiting room, when I needed more gauze or ice, they were very quick to give it to me). Maybe when I get my bill I will have something bad to say, but I thought I was treated well at this hospital.

X-rays taken they claimed no break of right elbow - gave me 2 Tylenol and told me I could leave - did not show me where to get out of there - ended getting lost finally person who took payment walked me out to my waiting ride. Had no sling or anything to stablize the arm. Days later went to PCP who did another x-ray and guess what. The elbow was broken. Due to time between leaving that hospital broken bone had shifted requiring surgery which I now have plates in place to correct the break that they dropped the ball on

Even though we have been Dr. Yagudin's patients for 12 years now we just don't get to see him. His…read morefront office schedules us with different people (paramedic staff who are Ok, no doubt). Although he conducts physical exams and granted he is good at his job, any follow up that may be required takes a lot of time. He needs to be more available to his patients. Just to discuss the routine blood work, the front office took a month and a half from the date the tests were done to schedule a face to face with him! For a regular patient or anyone for that matter this cannot be a reliable primary care physician set up. On top of it the staff is rude. Although they speak different languages which gets them to reach out to diverse crowds, what they lack is basic communication. They need to be polite and treat everyone with respect. They also mess up bills and accuse falsely of not paying and when you provide proof of payment, they shove you in the direction of someone called Carol who is some kind of collections agency! It is unfair and totally uncalled for putting us through such humiliation especially since one is careful about paying. There is no coordination between Carol and the doctor's office either. And everyone is ostensibly "doing their jobs!" What a joke! We expect some professionalism from the practice which seems to be more focused on beauty treatments and Botox and even INS exams which are sure shot money.

Dr. Yagudin is that rare combination of excellent practitioner (he is the PCP of choice for many…read morespecialists in the area) and compassionate person. He stays abreast of all the latest and greatest but doesn't jump on the bandwagon of the month. His wife Vera runs the practice and as a result everything is seamless. I am a doctor snob and he is head and shoulders above some of the big names at the Boston teaching hospitals. Great guy, sees the whole family and we have never been healthier or happier!
