You don't deal with anyone till they come get you . Luckily we did not get discouraged and leave because we were there maybe 5 minutes before someone came to get us. I have to say they are not too talkative or make you feel welcomed. Not much talking at all. When we left they actually had the waiting room with a bunch of people all at once. I'm glad we stayed. Definitely a lack of customer service here , just get what they need from you and you can leave. I'm glad my Mom don't get nervous, they were gentle with her. I like talking when I get blood work done just to feel more comfortable. It's nice they take walk ins I guess most the time they want you to schedule a appointment on line or by phone.

When arriving you can check in from your phone or they have a computer set up in the waiting area. No one greets you when you come in completely done without talking to anyone. The wait is not long. They come out to call you back. The guy who my Mom had was very nice, did a very good job drawing her blood. She said she didn't even feel the needle which was nice. The only problem here was the parking lot was very busy the morning we went , we think because of July 4th made it even busier. You can not be more than 10 minutes late or they will have you be treated like a walk in. We do recommend becoming here if you need blood done, they are pretty fast when you have a appointment.

First time I have used quest and unfortunately left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I got there…read moreearly on Saturday and I was a "walk in." I got called back probably in 15 mins or so. Before I was called there was a man who was a phlebotomist who walked out to the lobby to call a man's name in the waiting room. The man never came so I guess was a no show. The phelebotomist threw his hands up and scuffed and walked back in where they take blood. I thought to myself well that was bizarre. Then about 30 seconds later I was called by the same person. I immediately met hostile behavior from him. He couldn't figure out my paper in which my husband had got all the information the week prior from someone who worked there so I made sure they had all the information to do the bloodwork. He kept saying "this isnt a order!" And was throwing the paper around. I said I had all the information that was asked for me on the paper that whomever worked there told me to get. He then started asking who said that. Never once trying to look up anything in the computer. Finally I again said I was told it was already in the computer that this was the only information I needed and my insurance had already approved it. He then snapped at me and said you dont have to get mad at me (something to that effect) I said I'm not getting mad at you, you're the one raising your voice at me since I walked in here. His excuse was that he was tired.. and i replied that you have no excuse to treat me the way youre treating me, I am the patient regardless if you are tired. The whole time he is throwing his arms around and my paper. Never took the time to perhaps ask someone for help.. nothing but throwing my paper around and making me feel VERY uncomfortable!!! A beautiful lady who works in the next cubicle came in by the name of LaKaren( I hope i am spelling her name right) and rescued me from a very hostile unprofessional situation. And as she took me to her cubicle he yelled "im done!" And slammed his desk as he darted out. She took my id, apologized for what was previously going on and looked my order up in the computer. Did my blood draw and I was out of there. She needs a rise, a bonus, something for pulling me out of that situation. (also a man had walked in before this really got started and said he had something all done.. the guy I was dealing with said "we have all these walk ins! In a upset manner" The other guy said in calm voice "well at 11am we close.") This type of behavior should never be tolerated. I will not be back if I have any control over it. Also, my husband went back to talk to a manager or to get their number so that we can have a chat and was met with the same hostile guy I delt with. When he realized my husband was there to talk to the manager about how he had treated me earlier he told my husband he could leave..... LaKaren was told him to go back to his cubicle and took my husband in to have a conversation. I will add that this man is not only hostile but also a liability to the WHOLE clinic.
