Turns out, it WAS in the system and she apologized for overlooking it. The visit consisted of height and weight check, stomach measurement (why though??) and she drew blood. That was it. Were it not for her overlooking me in the system, the appointment would've been less than 7 minutes total, walk in to walk out. She was very nice though, and apologized again for the mixup as we were leaving.

Realized I didn't have my ID and needed help uploading it on the app. She made a comment under her breath about if I had a better attitude she would have helped me. Then the Doctor came up to the front and wow......her attitude completely left. Needless to say we left - but then as we get in the Lyft and shared the experience - I find out from a local they had been in trouble with the DEA.
