Turns out, it WAS in the system and she apologized for overlooking it. The visit consisted of height and weight check, stomach measurement (why though??) and she drew blood. That was it. Were it not for her overlooking me in the system, the appointment would've been less than 7 minutes total, walk in to walk out. She was very nice though, and apologized again for the mixup as we were leaving.

Dropping off can be done without an appointment by in-person specimens should be scheduled. Lab results are delivered to their LabCorp Patient portal account, you just have to log in or register online. it says to wait at least seven days after they report the lab test results to your doctor before looking for your lab test results online. They have an automated voice response system at 800-845-6167, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

There is one particular employee who is extremely rude, unhelpful, and speaks to the elderly like they are less than human. As a Registered Nurse, I have a hard time understanding why a respected company like LabCorp continues to allow this site to operate in such a manner. As a healthcare professional, I recommend you use a different location or a different company all together. After this morning, my family and I will be following the same advice.
