One other person walked in. The rude woman from the back came out and told me they only do drug screens from 1 to 3 PM. I asked her why that was not on my paperwork. She mumbled something about "it should be". She said first available time was 2:10 PM to only leave a urine sample. Now I am stuck here for three hours. Poor management. Will not return unless I absolutely have nowhere else to go.

I would recommend this place for anyone over 40 (or under) who is hitting a physical slum. You can feel better. I'm building muscle and losing fat. After waiting for over a hour I had to leave for another appointment. No one on the staff there spoke about when the doctor would see me or seemed to care. So I guess I just wasted my co-pay and would not be surprised if they bill me for the appointment. This is a very unprofessional group I do not recommend them. I will look for a group of cardiologist that have some degree of integrity as it is my experience if the office is this poorly run it is a strong possibility the doctors will mirror their staffs skill sets. The staff expects the patient to sign theirselves in on a Kiosk, which faces the room for all to see. This seems very impersonal. I for one would like to speak to an office staff member whenever I enter a Doctor's clinic. They act like we are bothering them when we speak to them. There seems to be only one person at each clinic who can do the scheduling, which seems unreal to me. What did they go to school for? Or did they even go? My husband used to go to Cardiac Associates in Foley, but he stopped for these same reasons. his words were, "one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing!" I hope one or more of the Doctors reads this review, and decides to make some changes. This is the most poorly run doctors clinic I have ever known.
