One other person walked in. The rude woman from the back came out and told me they only do drug screens from 1 to 3 PM. I asked her why that was not on my paperwork. She mumbled something about "it should be". She said first available time was 2:10 PM to only leave a urine sample. Now I am stuck here for three hours. Poor management. Will not return unless I absolutely have nowhere else to go.

Were it not for her overlooking me in the system, the appointment would've been less than 7 minutes total, walk in to walk out. She was very nice though, and apologized again for the mixup as we were leaving.

Dropping off can be done without an appointment by in-person specimens should be scheduled. Lab results are delivered to their LabCorp Patient portal account, you just have to log in or register online. it says to wait at least seven days after they report the lab test results to your doctor before looking for your lab test results online. There is one particular employee who is extremely rude, unhelpful, and speaks to the elderly like they are less than human. As a Registered Nurse, I have a hard time understanding why a respected company like LabCorp continues to allow this site to operate in such a manner. As a healthcare professional, I recommend you use a different location or a different company all together. After this morning, my family and I will be following the same advice.
