I had to come here today for a biometric screening for health insurance purposes. Turns out, it WAS in the system and she apologized for overlooking it. The visit consisted of height and weight check, stomach measurement (why though??) and she drew blood. That was it. Were it not for her overlooking me in the system, the appointment would've been less than 7 minutes total, walk in to walk out. She was very nice though, and apologized again for the mixup as we were leaving.

There is one particular employee who is extremely rude, unhelpful, and speaks to the elderly like they are less than human. As a Registered Nurse, I have a hard time understanding why a respected company like LabCorp continues to allow this site to operate in such a manner.
