My husband and I went in separately. We both checked in and scanned our ID's and insurance card. When back in the room I was asked for these again so I told my husband to have his ready. He gave them to the same lady I had and she was so rude and responded "didn't you scan those out front? I don't need them again" then why was o asked for them again. We were just trying to be prepared and make her job easier. Seems like she doesn't like, or care about her job from her attitude. Should not be in customer service or even drawing blood. We were both nervous after her getting rude with us prior to the blood draw. Doesn't give a good sense of safety after being treated like that. So annoying. Unfortunately, we have to go back monthly for bloodwork because no where local takes our insurance anymore.

We jumped in the car and "flew" to the hospital arriving at 4:45 pm. Sat down at the registrar's desk and proceeded to get registered. She couldn't locate the orders. So I called the doctor. After a few minutes the fax came in. It's now 4:55pm. Lab closes at 5:00pm! No one around. The registrar, MAGGIE, went above and beyond. Located someone to get my X-ray done. I heard her call them childish and rude that felt very unproffesional. It also seemed like a superviser should of stepped in. Everyone else I delt with the nurses, tech, and doctor were all excellent. I just think yelling right outside patient rooms shouldnt be happining, and I feel bad for the person she was yelling at and anyone who has to work with her.
