I required an In Lab PAP Titration Sleep Study in order to determine further aspects of my severe sleep Apnea. Nancy worked with me from receipt of my VA Referral to determine the best COA for my unique severe Service Connected Disabilities & numerous serious medical comorbidities that leave me exceptionally immunocompromised. My Pretetraplegia & severe peripheral Neuropathy requires my wife as my authorized Caregiver to attend to my needs as well (365/24/7). Nancy excelled in her tasks consistent as the company did 23 years earlier in my initial Sleep Study assessment. We arrived to find Paula graciously receiving us. Their facility remained quite appropriate to accommodate me in all necessary aspects. Paula exceeded our expectations in every category. Her dedication to care of all her patients remained evident throughout the night. I remain quite impressed! I heard her call them childish and rude that felt very unproffesional. It also seemed like a superviser should of stepped in. Everyone else I delt with the nurses, tech, and doctor were all excellent. I just think yelling right outside patient rooms shouldnt be happining, and I feel bad for the person she was yelling at and anyone who has to work with her.

I was really upset and the Chief of staff plus a nurse stood with me and told me exactly what was happening. He then spent 2 days in ICU with the best care he could have gotten. When his alarm went off for his heart adjusting to proper blood flow and not adjusting, the nurse came right in to explain what was happening and that it was normal. I highly recommend this hospital.

Granted, a lot of hard work and eating right also went into this transformation, but having help from knowledgeable people to put you on the right path and the right supplements makes a big difference.
