Helped me as an out of state investor purchasing a townhome. Artur did a home inspection as well as helped out with another situation that was non-standard and required a comms back and forth with the owner Michael to stay coordinated on. Great follow up all the time and via text so that I could get back to the messages throughout the days. read more

We hired Home Team because they were the most thorough in their representation upfront prior to our decision to hire an inspection company. Home Team was the only company to suggest wind mitigation and a four point inspection. This suggestion, alongside an immediate phone call to go over the details, gave me comfort, knowing that I was hiring the right inspection company. Within a couple of days, I had a thorough report filled with photos and information, which was critical since I am an out of town buyer. Their price was what was expected. I highly recommend Home Team and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. read more

Very responsive and got the inspection done very quickly and efficiently. Two inspectors came out and were very thorough. Offered wind mitigation and four point inspection (important in this area). Received the written report within just a couple of hours! Thank you - would definitely use this company again! read more

HomeTeam (Mike and Arthur) came out to my home to do a 4 Point Inspection and Wind Mitigation Inspection for insurance reasons. They were on time and professional in appearance. I had already done the paperwork and paid online prior to their arrival so they got right to work. They answered all my questions and were finished with both inspections in about an hour and a half. I received detailed reports by early evening the same day. The whole experience was excellent. I called them on Friday and had an appointment first thing Monday morning. They obviously know their jobs and I highly recommend them. read more

We needed to get a home inspection on short notice because of seller schedule availability. Home Team was able to be on the property at 0730 two days after we called. But better yet, they were able to perform the required wind mitigation and 4-point inspection at the same time for a small additional charge. All 3 reports were completed and available for online distribution and printout within 24 hours! Excellent response, timely performance, quality service. I couldn't be more pleased. read more

Very professional and thorough. Came right on time. The 3 person team spent considerable time inside and out reviewing the property. They found a few areas of concern, which they pointed out, and really explored the roof inside and out. Reports were available online that evening and were very detailed with pictures needed for the insurance company. read more

I was buying a remodeled single-family home in Florida that was damaged during Hurricane Michael, and during the purchasing process, I had to travel extensively for work. The HomeTeam of Central Panhandle was exceptionally easy to work with, and although I wasn't always available, they remained focused on my goals of ensuring that the home was properly repaired. In fact, they coordinated the inspection with the realtor to ensure that I had plenty of time to review the report before closing. They were nothing short of amazing - the inspection documentation was comprehensive, everything was explained in detail, and they were highly responsive even when I had additional questions after reading the report. I would highly recommend them! read more
