I'm at the end of my remodel and I've been so tired of folks who don't show up when they say they will or use their brain to figure out challenges. He even helped my husband figure out a problem that I wasn't paying him for! He is quick to hop up to all the jobs that I just wasn't up to doing myself. What a gift we have in this young man. I'm tempted not to share him but there is much to fix in this world and he's one who does more than his fair share. Highly recommend- and I would complain if I needed to do it! I'd give I'm more stars if there was the option.

Very disappointing experience. We had used this service before and trusted him to complete work at…read moreour vacation rental. Because of that previous experience, we paid him in full for the work outlined in our contract. When we returned a few months later, we found that the work had not been completed. We made repeated attempts to contact him by phone and text. When we finally reached him, we were told, "I'll call you back." He never did, and our subsequent calls and messages went unanswered. We were not asking for anything unreasonable--only that he complete the work we had already paid for or refund the amount for the work that was not completed. The money was disappointing, but the loss of trust was worse. We believe a person's word and integrity should mean more than a payment. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not use this service again or recommend it to others.

The crew showed up on time and were polite and friendly. I did most of the work for them. What I…read moredidn't like was their bait-and-switch quote. They provided an acceptable quote online, but when they showed up, they told me it was triple what I was quoted. They hemmed and hawed and said that is what it costs. I told them what I was quoted, and they countered with a lower price, but it was still significantly above the quote. I finally agreed to meet in the middle. Why? I wanted the stuff hauled away and to be done. I doubt I would call on them again. Ethics is everything in business, and they showed zero on this service call. Buyer beware.
