We are blessed that it only took them 5 hours to do the job and then to wait for Florida light and power to come turn back our electricity back on and in between having the inspector to come in and look at the job. They did two grounds one close to the house and one for feet out and the inspector city inspector said he's never seen it done that way but he was very happy to see it being done that way. Outstanding Service from Telford Reynolds Electric!!!…read more I recently experienced an unexpected electrical emergency at my home. At approximately 10:00 PM, I lost power while my neighbors still had electricity. Florida Power & Light (FPL) confirmed that there was no reported power outage in my area. At 6:30 the following morning, I called Telford Reynolds Electric (TRE). Their response was exceptional. A TRE electrician arrived at my home by 7:30 AM and quickly determined that a failed electrical connector had caused a failure of my main electrical panel. By 9:30 AM, TRE provided me with a written proposal to replace the panel. After I reviewed and approved the proposal, their team was back at my home by 1:30 PM and provided a temporary solution that restored my power for the remainder of the day. The following morning, TRE was back at 7:30 AM and began replacing the main electrical panel. They completed the installation and coordinated the required inspection with the City of Lynn Haven. Once the inspection was approved, TRE coordinated with FPL to have my power restored. While I was waiting for FPL to complete the restoration, the owner of TRE personally came by my home to check on me. That personal attention was a perfect example of the total care and professionalism I experienced throughout the entire process. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, communication, workmanship, and professionalism of the entire TRE team. They went above and beyond to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Telford Reynolds Electric will always be my first call for any electrical issue at my home. Tyrone Davis/Reliable services is not Reliable..He will not fix our turf he put down July 2025…read more this year ..there are seams all over yard posting pictures.. we refused to pay the balance until he replaced pr properly fixed all the seams. So what does he do puts a lien on our property all we asked him to do was honor his one year warranty especially considering it had just been put down ..hes a nice guy as long as its going his way but when you question his work he refuses to fix the mohawk seams all over the yard where turf was laid .He didn't use seam tape as he told us on our first meeting 3 things to make turf look real. Seamtape,glue and staples.. he refused to use seamtape and now we have a mess in our yard !
