CT was done and results in 10minutes !!! Diagnosis was discussed and great treatment plan. The amazing thing about this ER visit is that door to door took ONLY 64 MINUTES !!!. After already collecting payment, staff then came back to say I would need to pay even more--before ever being seen. Symptoms were actively progressing, yet the focus remained on billing over care. It was packed but the man working the front desk kept his cool. We would have liked to see somone spray the counter down but masks and hand sanitizer were readily available. Didn't wait too long before a nurse (or maybe student) took me back- super sweet, professional and caring. The physician who treated me- was the same. They were busy but he took time to answer all my questions. I felt confident in his analysis and reccomendations. I guess this is a training facility but It's like a mini hospital here- you go back into a room w/ separate bays (looks like an ER). You actually pay from your bed which I thought was weird but convient. Any who as far as urgent cares go- I highly reccomend. It was very efficient.

I made a pre-arrival appointment for 9:30 a.m., and from the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. Chelsea at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was both friendly and professional. As a new patient, I was fully registered within just a couple of minutes. She even informed me of my copay before I was seen, processed my payment, provided a receipt, and explained what to expect next. Shortly afterward, Tiffany, the medical assistant, brought me back to the exam room. She was incredibly friendly, made me laugh, and immediately put me at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She efficiently took my vital signs and gathered information about my injury. Abi, the nurse, also assisted during my visit. She was bubbly, kind, and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. Dr. Louis came in promptly after Tiffany finished. He was calm, professional, caring, and had an excellent bedside manner. After evaluating my injury, he ordered the necessary X-rays. Jonathan, the X-ray technologist, arrived right away. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed my X-rays quickly while explaining the process and what the remainder of my visit would look like. The communication and teamwork among this entire staff were outstanding. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and I felt informed and cared for every step of the way. My X-rays were read quickly, my discharge instructions were thoroughly explained, and I was provided with the equipment needed to help immobilize my injury. From check-in to discharge, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I would gladly return to this location and highly recommend it to anyone needing urgent care services. This team deserves a 10 out of 10 for professionalism, efficiency, communication, and patient care. I needed a shoulder MRI and I absolutely refused, Im claustrophobic. This facility was recommended…read moresince its open. Appointment was set and there I was. They have parking in the back. Registration was quick and before you know it I was in a gown with all jewelry off and ear plugs ready. The technician was patient with me as right away she could see I was starting to freak out a bit. She waited until I calmed myself placed me in the proper position, made sure I was comfortable and told me not to move. They give you a button to hold onto just in case you need a break or you have the urge to move, I cant lie, pressed it once. But after doing some breathing excercises it was over. While the procedure is going they have HGTV on so I tried to focus on that. So my advice is relax, focus on something that keeps you occupied and just try to relax. It'll be over before you know it.
