This was the worst blood draw experience in my life. They…read moresaid "I had no veins" in either of my arms. Historically I've always been told I have good veins, very easy to find. They then tried to draw my blood through my hand. They put the needle in, then after a few minutes said "this vein doesn't seem to have any blood in it." They then said they couldn't draw my blood due to lack of veins and lack of blood and to come back another day. There were 2 other individuals that were in the waiting room with me that had the same scenario. One of the two was coming back from the day prior, when they had been poked all over their arm area and now had bruising all over their arms. Don't go here. I don't believe they have qualified staff.

They're in & out and the doctors and nurses truly care about their patients. The receptionists aren't as welcoming but I just assume it gets pretty boring staring at a computer all day *shoulder shrug* They aren't close to me but I always come back out here because they're just truly the best, it is so hard to find a family doctor that really cares about their patients, does things the right way making sure you get the best quality service and gets you in as soon as possible. At my first appointment, my Xray was sent to a person working out of their home. She stated there was a lump on my left breast. Several appointments followed and this date, March 24, 2025, I received a call that they were discharging me from the hospital, stating that I upset one of their female employees. I have owned a legal office my entire life and am fully aware that such action is against all statutes and laws and will pursue legal action. They have refused to acknowledge my request under FOIA. Many people have complained about Bronson lately. I have lost three children and my husband in a period of four years, all in separate incidents and I have one son left who is horribly distressed by this action.

She had a mammography completed today while we sat in the waiting room. Afterwards, she said, "They're organized. They're efficient. They run on time." She received the results the same day. There is no direct access to the center from the ramp (the ramp maxes out at the 4th floor). So, from the parking ramp, you must enter the hospital, turn to the right and enter the elevator, and go up to the 5th floor. A right turn, and then a left turn, and you are the center's doorstep.
