Due to Kalamazoo's first bad snow storm of the year, I couldn't make it in to my appointment until ten minutes after I was scheduled. To top it off, they never sent me my new patient paperwork. They made me reschedule after I worked it in around my work schedule, drove on bad roads to get there, and they forgot to send me the required paperwork! NOT a good first impression. I got the feeling that I was somehow inconveniencing them? I can't speak about the PA as I never got past the front desk. Although the PA ultimately made the decision to cancel my appointment. They made it abundantly clear that they did not care. Not going back. read more

I feel Benjamin's experience was atypical. I find the staff supremely accommodating, tho I see the doc, not a PA. I find this office to be outstanding overall. They are a hugely busy office though, and if late to an appointment someone else would be deprived of an appointment if they held it open. This man was late to his appointment! which was the cause of the situation here. Not saying he shouldn't have been...but he was, and they let someone else in... Routine, I would say. read more
