There used to be an urgent care a couple miles down the road and they moved it here and added a bunch more features. It has urgent care, radiology, labs, and more that I haven't seen. Staff is helpful and it's location is great for people in the area. It is nice to have this option so close to my home. Especially the radiology and labs. Otherwise I'd have to go downtown.

I see Dr. Cesario and I'm quite pleased with this location of Advantage Health as a whole…read more Dr. Cesario really takes his time with you during your appointment, and it is made clear quite quickly that his number one concern is your health, understanding, and satisfaction. The office staff and nurses are all very kind and helpful. This location is super convenient because they also have an Urgent Care center and a lab (Although it gets a little confusing because it's easy to assume the lab is actually run by the doctors but it's slightly different billing/administration).

cannot recommend this practice based on my experience…read more The office staff was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of listening to my concerns or communicating respectfully, I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience from the beginning. Even more concerning, important information was not accurately communicated to my healthcare providers. When I attempted to clarify the facts and correct the misinformation, I was met with hostility rather than a willingness to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing my concerns or taking responsibility for the communication breakdown, I was dismissed from the practice. Being removed as a patient simply for trying to ensure my medical information was accurate is deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about how patient concerns are handled. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect, to have accurate information communicated to their provider, and to be able to advocate for themselves without fear of retaliation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Like I get it, im not the most fit, but when I come in with a swollen testicle and two weeks of excruciating pain because there are no openings, just to be told your "fine" and to loose weight, its hard to see an upside to it. Want a new doctor? Too bad. I tried switching pcp to a new one in the office and the front desk was rude and said I had to just deal with it or find a new office. Do yourself a favor, and just avoide this office. The only people leaving good reviews are old people that are used to being treated like crap by their doctors.

I even told the doctor, Daniel Mann, that I suspected pneumonia. He listened to my lungs for less than 10 seconds, dismissed my concerns, and prescribed me an inhaler, steroids, and a cough suppressant--despite the fact that I told him I did not have a cough. When I asked for clarification about my symptoms, the only explanation I was given was "it's probably a cold." When I asked if he could say with certainty that it was not pneumonia, he told me yes. I had to push just to get a COVID and flu test, because in my life I've never had a "cold" this severe. To be fair, I understand my visit was close to closing time. However, this was the only urgent care open at the time, and I simply cannot afford an ER visit. I was hoping for thorough care and reassurance, but instead left feeling dismissed and confused. Over the following week, my symptoms did not improve and actually got worse, especially the difficulty breathing. I ended up going to a different urgent care for a second opinion, where they performed a chest X-ray and confirmed I do in fact have pneumonia. That means I spent an entire week untreated, walking around contagious, exposing my baby brother and my best friend who has severe asthma and lung issues. This misdiagnosis and dismissal could have had serious consequences for me and the people around me. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of thoroughness and the disregard for my symptoms, and I would strongly caution others about the level of care provided here.
