After waiting in line for a minute to check in at the kiosk (2 people in front of me), I navigated to the site to check in. Extremely easy and fast. After logging in and two clicks, I was checked in and sat down (the two in front of me were still waiting to check in). 90 seconds later, I was called to the front desk and taken to seat #2 and awaited my phlebotomist. One minute later, she arrived in the room, confirmed my identity, pleasantly & professionally took my blood, and released me to enjoy my day. All 11 persons before me were still waiting to be called in. Moral of the story, make an appointment when you can and take advantage of the online services.

Apparently this is not true! I arrived there just before 2pm and there were only 2 people in the lobby. A very rude employee came out as I was going to check in and told me that unless I have an appointment I would not be able to be seen. When I asked why, she said they are closing and that one of the employees was leaving early and that would leave her by herself. I explained that I had just driven an hour to come there and she told me that the only way to be seen is to make an appointment. Why does this place say they take walk-in's if they won't see walk-in's. She told me to go to another location. When I told her she needs to take down the sign that says "Walk-In's Welcome" she just said "Ok, thanks". She was very sarcastic in all her responses to me. People don't go to Quest because they are healthy. I have serious health issues and had just driven over an hour to get there and they refused to see me because they wanted to go home early. So unprofessional, especially for a health care office.

The MAs are super hard workers. Shout out to Erika, Dr. Yu's MA. She always goes above and beyond and makes my kids feel calm and actually excited to be there. The pharmacy staff is wonderful. They help me all the time. Thank you to Gabe in pharmacy. He is always smiling from ear to ear his smile is infectious and I can see it thru the mask. I can make a novel about how amazing my kP is. The parking lot, while small, is easy to navigate and offers plenty of tree canopy shade. There is a well-managed feral cat colony that lives back there as well. I have always received excellent service, and today was no exception. I checked in for my appointment and I was seen right away. My phlebotomist, whose name started with "Sh" but I regretfully can't remember the rest, was faced with fact that I was dehydrated and my order required several vials to be collected. She did an expert job of painlessly extracting the necessary amount of blood anyway by using veins in both of my arms. Pro tip: drink plenty of fluid before a big blood draw.
