They always get it right on the first try. The phlebotomists are always very friendly and are careful with each step. My only complaint has nothing to do with the staff but as the company as a whole. I don't like that they got rid of the receptionist. I liked having someone there so I could ask questions so I didn't have to wait to be called back before getting an answer. This matters at times because occasionally, the answer to my question could dictate if I can get my blood drawn or not so it would save everyone time.

After receiving an email reminder the day before, Alondra arrived on time and took care to prepare a sterile area, even covering her shoes before coming in. She took the time to find a good vein and even helped ensure successful access by applying a heating pad to my arm. The draw was quick and she was able to pull multiple tubes. I still got faint but that was ok because I was comfortable on my couch and her comforting demeanor ensured I felt better quickly. She has all the equipment needed to prep the samples before bringing them to the lab and the whole process took less than 20 minutes including the vein quest and vasovagal recovery! With all the disaster and the effects on my tenants; decided to get the water tested as the farm claims its organic but the way they set fires and leave them going all night unattended and fire depts do nothing, raised my mind to think they may not even be organic. I am on well water and they may be contaminating it. So I email three weeks back, yea might have been a foolish email, saying I was coming back and how to do I proceed, what was their recommendations is what I was looking for, I think I asked as I forgot it was so long ago. Okay dumb on my part. Then I call two weeks back and ask a question. The form on the website to follow the chain of command is differently worded then the form on the download you have to fill out. I was confused on two parts, and also wondered if just a new plastic jug with a push on or screw on; just some guidance for a fool. No response. Then I email a complaint to them. NO response. To hell with these people, I am moving on. Once again my father was a super sales person stationed in Kenya serving whole countries. One can refuse to serve a customer; but you better have a good reason. Is asking a few stupid questions as I am not young anymore and my mind is in decline. Does that deserve to be snubbed? To be ignored? No, you only shun those who are causing chaos in a store or doing violence or are trouble makers. Then you can show them the door. I feel totally disrespected because maybe they also felt I was subhuman because when I left the message on the phone, one word I cannot recall which one, I could not get out right. I learned Spanish first as a white child in Mexico where I raised, sometimes words do not flow off my tongue. Is that why you kicked me to the curb. This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.

He was so very kind and patient. He explained the difference between the rapid and regular test...recommending we do not do the rapid because of it many false negatives. Despite, 2 out of the 3 in our household meeting criteria for rapid, we decided on the regular for a more precise result. We then proceeded to get tested. The nurse who helped us (I believe her name was Ana), was so very thorough and informative. She took her time with each of us and took extra care for my husbands cousin, who is blind. We thanked her profusely because she just made us all feel so much better. In these COVID times, our emotions are all heightened. Our visit to this clinic and the urgency of the matter were held in high regard. I'll be honest, I do not usually run to clinics. We have our own PCP but heard this place was great and super efficient. Well worth the drive to Watsonville from Salinas! I took some time before writing this to read other reviews. They told me if the doctors ever run out of any type of vaccine for my child, I should contact them. My child didn't even feel the shot and praised the medical staff on the ride home.
