This is easy, check in on time and the wait is zero to nothing. My favorite phlebotomist Ragan has the perfect stick every single time. The place is clean and everyone at this place is amazing. I have met some sour people but Ragan takes the cake. Thank you Quest for being who you are. Something is wrong with the wait screen on the tv in the lobby, if that could be fixed, that would be great. read more

Upon walking in, I asked a simple question to the only person that came out to the lobby in 30 minutes--a large, dark-skinned woman with short hair. For some reason, an appointment was scheduled at 4 pm and I came as a walk in at noon. I requested to be placed in the cue, and the woman proceeded to tell me I couldn't be swapped into the cue and needed to fill out the iPad again (I already did three times, and there was no such request option). I requested help and she told me no, shaking her head like I was stupid. Do NOT come here, and this woman needs to lose her job. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a medical clinic in my life. read more

I wish I remember the tech's name who took my blood the last time I came in. Her name began with a C and she was from Philly- that I remember! She was so nice and funny kept my mind off the fact that there was a needle in my arm (I tend to get light headed). Also, she found my vein fast, took the blood quick, and made it as painless as possible. Generally, I recommend making an appointment for any Quest location online beforehand as far in advance as possible as those morning slots fill up QUICK! This location was super difficult to find parking for in the cramped lot, though. Especially in the morning on a weekday when the other surrounding businesses are open. Just something to keep in mind when scheduling here. Still giving the full 5 stars for the tech alone because that's always the most important to me. read more

Rude and impersonable staff, treated me badly upon my return after blood draw with a urine sample. Small wait room, overcrowded and backed up. One ipad for everyone to check in, scan DL and Ins card. read more

Poor customer service. I had an 8:50AM appointment for a fasting blood draw before 9AM. I arrived at 8:50 but did not get in until 9. By the time the technician started the paperwork it was 9:01. I was told that they could not do the draw because it was after 9. I had to reschedule. There was no flexibility. read more

Might want to do a little HIPAA training with the staff. Definitely unaware of basic confidentiality. Once that training has been updated, customer service training might be something to consider. Staff complaining about being the only employee on duty and raising their voice at customers, unacceptable. These issues were witnessed by me . My appointment was without issue. They have my name first/last spelled wrong Agreed picked time was 0915 their tablet it had it as 0950. 4 chairs in their cramped waiting room w/ 11 people total, Seniors standing as those who can stand sit. Sophie is amazing. She talked my nervous 9-year old through the entire blood draw and was so sweet and personable.

What the heck is this place about? You walk into a closet, and check into a portal with your DL & insurance card... have them ready. Then, they schedule you to return later for an appt. Very unpersonable & automated. Though the few employees are friendly, you will feel like a number or diagnosis, not so much a cared about asset to society. Get your labs drawn elsewhere if you can. Quest has become much too automated & less satisfaction driven. Hire people... and ditch the machines. read more

I took my six year old to get an allergy test done here. This was the first time in a very long time that he had to get a blood test done. The person drawing blood (Tamika) was gentle, kind and accommodating to my son. Because of the great bedside manner, my son did not freak out while blood was being drawn. read more

I came to Quest Diagnostic for a panel of blood work per my doctor. The technician had a terrible time trying to withdraw blood from my veins. What the technician did do in trying to withdraw blood several times is "blow" 3 different blood vessels in my left arm. They were finally able to withdraw blood but at what expense!!! My left arm has swollen up and is bruised from my elbow to my wrist. Yes, I absolutely applied ice to keep the swelling down. However, the bruising has gotten so bad that I have extreme pain from my elbow to my finger tips. I have worked in the medical field for almost 30 years and this is a clear indication of a pure lack of medical knowledge on how to handle a needle to withdraw blood from any patient. The hospital in which I work at is completely upset and appalled regarding how horrible my arm looks, as well as, the pain in which I am having in my left arm. Quest Diagnostic should be seriously concerned because if this gets any worse I may need to go to a hospital to determine the underlying reason why Quest Diagnostic "blew" 3 different blood vessels in my left arm. Quest Diagnostic can be held medically responsible for this horrendous situation. I will never come back to Quest Diagnostic and I certainly would not recommend them. Lazy & totally unprofessional lab tech!! I hope the Quest Corp reads this! You can't make this stuff up! I had blood drawn one day ,(Pearland location) my doctors order also included a 24 hour urine collection I was given the sterile container and instructed to return the refrigerated speicman after obtaining it to ANY Quest location. Fast foward to Nov 17,2020 after taking a day off to collect and maintaine the sample in the fridge. Next I pack it up and head to the closest Quest location 355 E Parkwood Drive , Friendswood. There I stand around 2 30 pm in the lobby with my chilled sample. The tech looks at the green bag . CLEARLY knows what I HAVE and REFUSES to take it !!! AT ALL PERIOD , because I did not have an appointment!! I was informed by the previous Quest lab just drop it off no appt neccassay. I prceeded to call Quest the recording speciffically say drop off samples DO NOT require an appt. Long story short I drove 40 MILES SOUTH to Quest Lake Jackson . I walked in with my sample in the sterile green bag the tech immediatly aknowledge me and had me register and TOOK MY sample. Definantly just a LAZY tech who CHOSE NOT TO HELP ME ! read more
