I would give a zero if I could. I was sent for pre-employment testing. I made an appt., but since they had earlier appointments online- I came in 45 minutes early. No one is there to help you. Just a kiosk to sign into. I asked a technician at the door, if I could be switched to earlier appt. or as a walk-in; as I had to do a work urine test. I was told no, and basically was told if I couldn't hold it-and had to leave .."Do what you gotta do" and she shut the door.I then changed my appt time online while sitting there to an earlier one- but still was never called back. Holli "the manager" told me that they can't change anything on their end, that they can't see schedule changes either.I wasn't the only one with complaints that day. A poor 80 yr old had to wait because he couldn't get the help he needed either, but they fixed the issue on "their" end from what she said to him in WR. I mean I'm glad they helped the older gentleman, but I would have liked the same treatment. When I finally got called back- it was the original appt time I had, so 59 minutes later. This is after MANY walk-ins went in before me. I should have just left and not sat there squirming to pee...as my lab technician was rude and didn't give clear instructions for the test; like she yelled as I was using the restroom through the door- for me not to use paper towels. Why would I??? It was bizarre...my specimen was poured into the collection container in the hallway, she had me sign the paper (using a pen) with urine on my hand, as she said I couldn't wash my hands before using pen? This was AFTER she collected and sealed my specimen folks...she then had me dump my urine afterwards into toilet, then yelled because I flushed the toilet prior to me washing my hands. Well, maybe if she gave instructions for AFTER my specimen was collected- that would have been helpful. Not sure what DOT training video she watched...but this was not it and I see now why they have such bad reviews. I almost requested a different lab to go too- as Yelp is always pretty much correct with reviews. I wish I would have gone elsewhere. As the 80 yr old man correctly said- you're just a number here. Btw- don't bother calling Quest; they don't call back or care to change this horrible Kiosk set-up. Holli will tell you a supervisor will call if you request it- but, they can't even do that for you as a customer either. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My wife went to this location today to get blood taken and the Phlebotomist was very rude when she almost passed out. The Phlebotomist actually scolded my wife for almost passing out. Obviously we should have read the reviews because this place is awful!!! Instead of using Quest in FlowerMound (5min from my home), I drove an hour (round trip) to have labs done for my son with a child friendly place in Plano. The reason I did this was because I went in to Quest pick up a container for a fecal sample for my ill child and got nothing but rude, non service. I was told to sign in and wait after getting the run around. The room was full of people and I just needed a plastic container! So I left and gave my business to someone else. When I arrived at the other lab, I was in and out in less than one minute with a stool kit and a smile from the amazing staff. Quest expects clients to sign in on a very confusing computer and then expects them to just wait. Having no one to answer questions or assist them. In the time I was there trying to grab a kit, I saw another customer take initiative and help an elderly lady sign in. She was just sitting there waiting. Had no clue what to do. I find this irresponsible. I've been to this office a handful of times. I will NEVER expose my child to their rude service. No one should be treated this way. Especially the elderly and the sick. A little kindness and love goes a long way. read more

The technician assisting me was rude. The place closes at 5, I arrived at 4:45 (stuck in Dallas traffic). I apologized and was willing to come back in the morning. She said "no worries I just have to stay an extra hour now". Customer service at its best. read more

I've had blood drawn here before, and if you have an appointment in advance it can be OK. I came as a walk-in recently because my Doctor didn't set up an appointment; I waited an hour then at 1 minute to go on the TV screen, I was just dropped. This is a horrible place for a simple blood draw procedure. read more

Avoid. Waiting room packed, hot, no fresh air, people coughing. There isn't anyone in the lobby to assist or ask questions, just 2 kiosks to enter your info. If you don't have an appointment, good luck, you'll be waiting forever. They DO NOT alert you via text if you are a walk-in, so you have to remain in the stuffy waiting room. If you have a question you have to wait until some of the staff opens the door to call a patient, then quickly try to ask your question. The staff is some of the rudest I've encountered. In the 30 min I waited, the staff angered the patients more than helped with multiple patients raising their voices. The staff I saw just didn't want to be bothered and every answer was summed up by "look at the TV and wait for your name to be called!" They spoke down to anyone with a question and treated everyone as if they were a moron. I walked out horrified and refused to wait any longer for such an awful experience. read more

Had to make multiple visits and with the exception of one very helpful technician the employees were rude, condescending and confrontational. Heaven help you if you are not familiar with their sign in procedures and have to ask a question. You're likely to get your head snapped off. There seemed to be confusion over what lab requests my doctor had sent and I was made to feel like it was my fault. To add insult to injury, other than socially distant seating there were absolutely no Covid procedures in place. No temperature testing and the sign in screens on the kiosks were not cleaned and no cleaning wipes were available for cleaning the screens. I will not be returning to this facility. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Earliest appt I could get weeks out was 9:45. This kind of sucks when you need to fast. What sucks even more is when you show up at your appt time and then they tell you to expect an hour wait time. Lobby was absolutely packed and no where to sit or stand. Had to go outside. Lab tech was not friendly or helpful. My drs office had issues adding one of the tests I needed. They said it was a request problem with Quest. I told the lab tech this. She had no interest in helping when it was an issue on their end. Refused to give me the test. Now I will have to make another appt somewhere else and take time out of my schedule for this for something they could have fixed. I hope to never use Quest again - awful experience. read more

I took my son to this clinic for his lab work. During our first visit the lab technician was extremely rude and dismissive and pretty much terrified my son who was already nervous about having his labs drawn. In the end, we weren't able to complete the lab work because our doctor hadn't sent Quest the paperwork yet. This turned out to be a blessing because when we returned the next day we had a new technician named Keeta. Keeta was amazing, enjoyable and was quickly able to put my son at ease. I am not sure how to rate this place since we experienced both ends of the spectrum. Hopefully you get Keeta rather than the other lab tech (who experiences schadenfreude at the pain of patients). read more

Did a walk-in for blood draw opted to wait in my car to receive a text message when it was time for the draw. Received the text message within a minute was in the building and they had already called my name; which I found out from other people who were waiting. I proceeded to ask the question did someone call my name I just got the text message and was met with a rude worker! I don't understand why everyone at Quest has to be rude It's not the DMV I don't get it. This is not my first time at this location and every single time they've been rude. read more

THE worst experience I've ever had. Covid testing is right next door to Quest. I entered Quest accidentally and the lady behind the counter yelled at me this is not the testing center for Covid and "I better get out". She did this in front of a few people waiting for other testing. I can't believe an employee gets away with treating people like this in a business. read more

The lab tech I saw was totally incapable of reading the lab orders or coordinate the tests from the different doctors. In addition she informed me that my insurance would not cover the lab work. I know this not to be true as I checked with my insurance company prior. Short story - after 47 minutes waiting for the tech to enter the codes, she saiid she didn't know how. Result = I wasted 47 mites of my time & did not get the lab work done at Quest. Thank goodness they aren't the only lab in Flower Mound. read more

I am a "hard stick" and have been bruised and traumatized with practitioners who think they can take my blood. Thankfully, Keeta (I hope I am spelling her name correctly), was the person doing my labs. She was very nice, quick and reassuring. I was in and out in no time. No bruise, and no drama. Wow usually when you go to a lab/clinic like this you aren't feeling the greatest or what not so the last thing someone who isn't feel well wants to deal with is rude and inconsiderate people, I'm supposed to feel compassion and respect when I come into places like this and how I felt was the complete opposite, I almost felt like a burden while I was there and to top it off the woman rips the needle out and says thanks with no "discharge" instructions or anything, if you don't like your job someone will be more than happy to take yours.....like I always say a smile goes a long way. read more

I'm a client of Texas Health Family Care and they use Quest for lab work. I got there shortly before 9am, used the handy kiosk to check in, received a text confirmation a few moments later verifying my appointment with an estimated 23 minutes until being served. Since I had to be at work at 10 I felt this gave me plenty of time. I waited patiently outside, and after 30 minutes checked the screen and saw that now I was still 8 minutes away. Went back outside, 15 minutes later checked and now I was 12 minutes away from my turn. In the meantime people were coming in and out constantly and being ushered in. I finally went to the desk to inquire why my 23 minutes had turned into more than an hour and the curt reply was that I was "just a walk-in" and that anyone with an appointment got immediate service. No apology, no empathy, no further explanation of the process. So I asked when my turn would be and she replied she couldn't say when, but maybe soon. I left, since I had no confidence that she was being honest by that point and I was already late for work. read more

I have small veins and it usually takes a few times for someone to get blood from me. In the past I have been poked at by 3 different people trying to get blood with no luck! I get extremely anxious, nauseous and light headed and have passed out. I spoke with Shannon over the phone and she assured me with over 20+ years experience that she was great with small veins and made me feel a lot less anxious. I walked right in with no problems and felt very comfortable. Shannon was amazing, I barely felt it and didn't have any issues. I will be returning to the Flowermound location and Shannon for all my future blood work!!! read more

What a joke. The people are somewhat professional but for the last 5 blood draws I had to go back 3 times and redo the blood draw. Seems they have policy/rules as to what color tube needs to for what tests. Problem is the people drawing your blood don't know what they are. The last time I asked the person before the draw to be sure we had the right tubes. NOT. Did this Saturday morning and got a VM I had to go back. Was told I just needed to tell someone at the front desk and the paperwork would be there ready to right in. Nope. Made use their Kiosk to sign in and I got to wait while those before me were taken. Looking for some other place to go. I hate giving blood but to do it twice and now 3 times out of 5 tells me something is wrong here. Btw they are really sharp on telling you that you have an unpaid bill from 3 weeks before. read more
