When we arrived for his appointment, everything is self-serve so we were unable to verify whether a male practitioner was present or not. The female practitioner told us that if they had a direct phone line, it would be ringing all day. They brought him back and after waiting 30 minutes they could not find a male practitioner, so we had to leave and drive to a completely different location that had one. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and over an hour of our time was wasted for something that could have been easily done in 10 minutes.

By the end we were joking like we had known each other for awhile. She didn't cross tech/patient boundaries just made the ordeal a bit lighter on me which I appreciated. I had originally came in on a Tuesday and the small lobby was completely packed! So, I came back in the morning, and it was a complete opposite scene. The technician, Nae was very nice and respectful. She made the process quick and as painless as possible. The self check in kiosk is pretty self explanatory as well. I just can't bring myself to rate 5 stars because the facility feels a little outdated, a bit messy, and I couldn't help but cringe as I opened up the urine drop off and it was FILLED with other client's pee cups. Also, there is no signage outside of the building so I drove around the parking lot until I finally realized that it was INSIDE Tom Thumb next to the pharmacy. Overall, I have to admit I would probably return here again to get blood work done because Nae was so good at her job. I am such a big baby when it comes to needles and she made me feel comfortable.

What a GREAT experience!…read more I turned into the place of business and for one second wondered where I needed to go and BAM, there were signs with arrows! The signs led me completely to the front door. Rode the elevator to the second floor and immediately saw the sign where I needed to go. I had my paperwork ready to go and handed it in and asked how long it would be as I had a conference call at 9 (my appointment was at 0740). They were like NO PROBLEM at all, we will have you in and out in 30 minutes. So then I had a seat in the waiting room which was very cozy and great magazines to keep me busy but before too long, they called me back. She gave me instructions in a very polite way and explained everything that was going to happen and left me to get undressed for my mammogram. They have a locker that you can put your purse and things into while you are having your test ran and a handy wrist band with the lock that you can wear on your wrist. Everything was ready to go and she had a nice touch and made the experience as comfortable as she could while making light conversation. Very pleasant. We were finished before I knew it and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes and made my conference call. I can't say I am looking forward to going to my next mammo next year but I know exactly where I will be going!! For sure!

Why didn't they freaking do that in the first place? although I have never had a bad experience with bloodwork here, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that they…read moretell me they are going to send my platelet count blood test results to my doctor and THEY NEVER DO IT! My doctor keeps listing me as "Non-compliant" because they never receive the results and I have to go to CPL for platelet count tests because the normal violet top test tubes used for them contain an anticoagulant ETDA that makes my platelets stick together and making it unreadable. only CPL offers the light blue tubes which are ETDA free and contain an alternative anticoagulant called sodium citrate. i will not be using this place anymore unless absolutely necessary. I am not surprised they are closed now.
