Don't bother checking in via the link they text you and selecting "wait in the car and receive a text when we're ready." They don't consider you checked in unless you use the lobby kiosk which, as an immunocompromised person, I was trying to avoid. Employees are rude. Every single one was sarcastic and abrupt. They must really hate their jobs -- and their customers. The facility itself is filthy. Bathroom doesn't look like it's been cleaned in over a year -- trash can overflowing onto the floor. Website and my current phone say they're up then until 7 PM. They were one of the only ones open that late in the DFW area so I drove 45 miles here and get here at 6:45 and they tell me that they close at 6:30. They need to fix their customer service and their business hours of operation to keep other people from wasting valuable time for no reason. read more

What a terrible experience start to finish. This office is very understaffed. They are intermittently rude and sweet ... presumably because they recognize in the interim that they're treating you rudely, but they're so understaffed and overworked that they're feeling perpetually rushed and can't effectively do their jobs. When I came it to get my blood drawn, I was the only patient in the office. The woman sitting in the dark, sideways to the receptionist windows, was playing with her phone and ignoring me. After 5-10 seconds, I asked if they were open. (All of the lights were off.) While still playing with her phone, she aggressively stuck her arm out and pointed at the kiosks behind me (it was my first time there -- one doesn't see the kiosks behind them when entering the office -- and said, still looking at her phone, "Sign in at the kiosk." I did so and sat down in the waiting area. She continued to play with her phone for about 10 seconds longer then got up and walked to the other chair, in front of the windows and in front of the computer. She could not understand questions that were not "on script." There was a language barrier. She became very friendly during the blood draw, presumably because she realized that she had just been very rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I came back in the next day with a stool sample, there was, again, nobody in the office to take it. The lights were off. This time, there were 7-8 other patients in the waiting area. It was unclear how I was supposed to drop this sample off, and I was very self-conscious even carrying it around with me and asking questions amidst the public! I had to wait until a woman came to the door of the waiting room to call the next patient in order to ask her how to drop the sample off. She told me I needed to sign in at the kiosk again, then open the office window, put my sample on the desk, and close the window again. So I did. But first, I told her that the sample was refrigerated, as ordered, and so time would be of the essence. She acknowledged me. But for the next 48 hours I worried about whether or when anybody came into that dark office to collect the sample and put it back in a refrigerator. There was no way to know! I was not able to just hand it, in its vial, in its baggie, with its REFRIGERATE sticker ... and its clear instructions to keep it refrigerated. That is unsettling ... and unprofessional! So, not being able to stop worrying about it, I went back in 48 hours later to ask about whether and when my sample was taken off the desk by the computer, in the always dark room. The office was once again dark, no lights on at all, and the person who I asked (when she opened the door to call the next patient) was, like everybody before her, way too rushed to help me. She alternated between clearly sweet and helpful, trying her best, and way too rushed to hear my concerns and my questions ... because she was overworked and their office is understaffed. I never did get the answers I was looking for. She would not let me finish the content of my question and concerns! There's nobody to turn to for anything like that! It's an assembly line. And the staff is understaffed and overworked. I ultimately called the area supervisor ... who, it turns out, is NOT the area supervisor, but rather the person SITTING IN FOR the area supervisor, because the area supervisor is out of town! He was no better. No apologies. No understanding of my concerns. No recognition that my concerns are valid and ... CONCERNING. No accountability. Just excuses. This Labcorp location is shockingly unprofessional and poorly run! I recommend you STAY AWAY! (There's even more I could apprise you of ... but this review is already long enough. Suffice it to say, this experience was ridiculsouly bad, from start to finish. And the supervisor who was sitting in for the absent supervisor doesn't really care.) read more

Online it listed a 7:00pm close time. I drove 40 minutes to have labs drawn that had to be on a specific day of the month. I arrived at 6:15 and the doors were locked and they had closed early. I thought I made a mistake, but the door confirmed the 7:00pm close time. I have to now wait a whole MONTH for the lab draws which will now delay my surgery. The LabCorp in Flower Mound was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. The receptionist at the front desk was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, her attitude was hostile, condescending, and completely uncalled for. She made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant, and it honestly felt like she didn't care at all about the patients walking through the door. Someone with that kind of attitude has no business working in healthcare or customer service. Because of her, I will never come back to this location, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either. read more

They can't seem to find any of the blood results was never sent to my doctor when left several messages never got a call back and they don't even pick up the call at the office and when they do, you're on hold for a long time, it is not worth the headache or stress. read more

I had an appointment for 11:30am this morning. I walked into the clinic at my scheduled time and the receptionist was walking around in the patient waiting area. She came behind me, and locked the door right behind me hastily and said do you have an appointment? She did not greet me warmly, or have any indication of good customer service. There was a patient walking out that had to unlock the door in order to leave the clinic at that moment. The other patient and family member in the waiting area explained to me reassuringly that this was her usual behavior while they agreed she was extremely unprofessional. I apologized on her behalf as there was nothing okay about that, even if this was her usual behavior. The receptionist was wearing a shirt that said "phlebotomist" so I was curious if she would be the one sticking me or not, as her attitude did not inspire confidence of the service I was seeking. She explained to me that their system does not show appointment times and that was why she was asking, and that I could go back and get stuck now. I told her that I was a nurse, and I also work in a busy setting, but there is a certain way of handling things, even if you are busy or closing soon. I decided to walk out and pursue my blood draw elsewhere. I will never return to this location and I feel compassionate for the patients, many whom are already hurting and enduring a difficult health journey, come here hoping for a good service. read more

WORST FRONT DESK STAFF EVER! My doctor's office sent me downstairs to get my blood draw for my annual check-up. I will never go back! The chicken person started by being rude to the lady that came in after me because she couldn't figure out how to use the kiosk. Her answers were curt and rude. After 20 mins I stepped up to ask her how long I might be waiting and she was just mean. She said she didn't know and I asked how could that be? She said she had to check us in and I asked if I hadn't already done that. She called me belligerent and I laughed and said she was rude. She said she didn't care what I thought and I replied, "Exactly." It appeared to me from her appearance and her actions, she didn't care a whole lot about what anybody thought. You need a new front end person to "represent" your company the way you want to be presented! read more

No really, you should definitely go here if you want to be treated poorly, have some "lady" named Mary talk condescending to you, because she isn't qualified to walk a dog. yet says you owe hundreds of dollars because that is what the computer says is an estimate, even though you have been there twice with the same insurance before and there is never a payment. Oh, but you will be refunded... My HR director said " Why didnt you just go to Quest like all the normal people?" To which I replied, because I was feeling good about the day and thought, hey, isn't that Mary girl at the Lapcorp always treating people like crap? Yeah, I'll go there... Also, from previous visits, there are not at all completely unqualified to draw blood in a professional manner. So definitely don't worry about being stuck multiple times with a 22 gauge needle because they only spent 1 week out of their extensive 8 week training class, dealing with phlebotomy.
