I made an appointment for 7:10. I was there for that time. There was help needed for my insurance card, because it wouldn't scan. And when they about to help me, the computer rescheduled me for 10:20. This is after waiting 30 minutes. I am here for a fasted test, and if you aren't going to have front end staff to help - do not punish me for not being able to scan my insurance card that's on my phone. I will not be coming back here. There were 30 people in the waiting room with only 2 being serviced. This place only cares about their financial health, not how we feel Cindy! Oh when I care the number to complain, it hung up on me. This place is just terrible! read more

Quest Diagnostics - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Enfield, Connecticut

I had an appointment for blood work and the technician I saw was not friendly at all and was miserable. She obviously does not like her job and it came shining through in her personality. I don't think some, not all, but some lab tech's don't realize how anxious patients are to begin with so they should show more compassion and be nicer to help them relax and I truly believe Quest should have mandatory training for all their lab techs on a monthly basis so they are better equipped when working with people. read more

I have very serious anxiety when it comes to getting my blood taken (to the point where I have almost passed out). Today was my second visit to this location and I should've written a review for my first visit too because that was also 5 stars. The woman who was working in room #2 today, 2/9/2024, was amazing. I told her my anxiety and told her she would have to take it from my hand. She was so nice and talked to me the whole time. I didn't feel a thing. I didn't even get light headed. She and the lady from my first visit do it in a way that others have not when it comes to the angle of my hand and it makes all the difference. I really appreciate both of these women for giving me positive experiences. read more

Came for biometric screening for my insurance. It was like walking into a clinic in Tijuana. Children screaming, sketchy people. I checked in and was taken in very quickly. The phlebotomist was extremely rude, stressed out, and rushing me from one thing to another. No official weight or height check, she just asked. I actually said to her you having a bad day? She's like it's Saturday dude we're busy. Umm Okey dokey... so that's how it is here. I was in and out in ten minutes, but it wasn't a pleasant ten minutes or anything I'd recommend. read more

Made appointment, pre-printed paperwork, showed up 5 minutes early and still waited over 30 minutes, while people who didn't make appointments, but were walkins were taken before me (and yes, they were waiting, but why offer appointments if anyone showing up goes before you). Friendly staff. read more

Letha, only reason why waiting an hour was ok. She was cleaning everything and kept everyone in a great mood. Very friendly and kept even the very inpatient people smiling. Best employee I have run across in many years. read more

Quest has to be the best-run medical business in the nation. I don't understand how it is simply understood that you will have to wait long past your scheduled appointment to be seen at medical-related business. Well, Quest has truly broke the mold. The first time I came here, I showed up 15 minutes early. They took me in about 10 minutes early, and had me out of there before my appointment was scheduled to begin. The second time I went in there, I showed up at the exact time my appointment was scheduled for. They were calling my name as I walked in. No wait, just service. The employees are quite pleasant, and there is no wait. They are truly masters of filling vials with blood. read more

My 3rd and last time coming to this site! The staff is unprofessional. I sat over 45 minutes while others came and left! The chunky white girl said, oh, I texted you 10 minutes ago. I'll add you back in, and went to service a customer. I waited patiently, and finally, I stated, what the heck is going on? The Hispanic woman had the audacity to say, what is my problem! The nerve of this low rate facility! read more

I have gone here several times, in fact, I've gone out of my way to come here. Very efficient and excellent phlebotomists! The check-in screen read 20 mins and I was in and out in under 10. read more

I would never go back here again. Ever. I had paperwork for the testing I was there for (at 6 months pregnant) and had to wait over 90 mins(even though I had an appt). They then brought me in back took my paperwork, made me pay a copay and sent me back out to the waiting room for another 30 mins since a room wasn't ready. 45 mins later, they brought me in, and the woman that brought me in got all set up then started to tell me how the codes in her computer don't match the ones on my paperwork (like I'm so well versed in this). She then tells me that she can't do my blood work because of the codes (?) mind you my form is FROM quest. So I go back out to the counter to get my copay back, and the woman starts to YELL at me for not leaving. I explained to her that I was not leaving until I got my copay refunded and the nice girl behind the desk was working on it for me. She then proceeds to tell me how I don't need to wait and that they can just refund it with out me hanging around taking up space. (Sorry lady, not leaving without proof!) Needless to say, I was appalled of the treatment and furious that the entire waiting area bore witness to the treatment. I had to haul butt down the street to Clinical Lab Partners to get the work done that day and the staff there was so NICE! They took me in 5 minutes before they closed and stayed late to take care of me. Go there if you want to be treated right!!! read more

Very rude and inconsiderate! Went in for a drug screen for my Dr. and was treated like I committed a crime or something. Totally ignored me while the nurse was calling my name, like I wasn't even there or she was blind and deaf. Any question or concern I had was pretty much ignored. If you are gonna work with the public you should be at least kind and helpful. And its not like the person just was having a bad day. This particular nurse has acted this way to me AND my wife on seperate occasions. THE WORST PART WAS SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT KIND OF TEST TO GIVE ME. She automatical was setting me up for blood work when i only had to give a urine. When i told her, THEN she looked into her computer and realized her big mistake. I will go there one more time and see how it goes and get the womens name and I will put it in my next review otherwise I'm gonna another quest. I don't need to be treated like I'm less then. Although the African american women that greets you at the door was extremely nice, comforting and helpful. read more

I went to Quest this morning and was totally impressed by their efficient process and quality customer service. I was promptly greeted by Miranda when I walked in, and ushered into the back room for my blood draw. Miranda quickly found my physician's orders on the computer and the blood draw took less than 5 minutes. I was a bit apprehensive, but Miranda was compassionate and chatted which provided a good distraction. She took extra time to double check the spelling of my name and that it was accurately printed on the labels on each tube. I highly recommend Quest Labs in Enfield, CT. read more

Enfield Office: My father went for a blood test this morning. He is not computer savvy but he tried his best to fill out the online registration to let the staff know he was there for his appointment. It broke my heart to hear about the treatment he received from the ladies that took his information. They were so demeaning, condescending and judgemental to him when he made a mistake. They made him feel that he was a burden to them and stupid for making a mistake on his birthdate. He felt stupid, intimidated and disrespected. He was so upset when he came home that it took me some time to reassure him that he did the best he could and not to worry about the criticism and attitude he received from the ladies. He said the young women (Caucasian) who took her blood was so kind and respectful to him. He was so nervous about getting the bloodwork and getting the results. He spoke so highly of her kindness. We need to be respectful and be mindful of our elderlies who are dealing with a serious illness. They are scared, alone and fearful. My father mentioned that after they talked down to him, demeaned him, rolled their eyes and criticized him, they jumped on their phones as he was trying to oblige to their rules and redo his entry with no support. My heart is broken for my father and the treatment he received. He's such a kind man. read more
