Poor communication. No telephone access. No way to find out if a test is FBO. No way to ask if a test was ordered.

Sol and Pam were amazing this morning. I had to have blood drawn but I wasn't sure if my bloodwork order was still in the system because it has been over a year since I received it. Sol was so helpful in looking it up and then went to a coworker to help expedite my visit because I had to get back to work. I was so happy with my care. These 2 are cheerful, professional, caring and truly helpful. I saw "great teamwork and healthcare" in action this morning. Thank you Sol and Pam!! read more

I can and will second the first review for this business. They suck! I'm sitting here waiting, it's been about 30 minutes and the line just keeps getting longer and their reason for the delay is that the system had an update and it's having glitches. People are definitely going ahead of others and it's getting annoying. read more

From the moment we walked in to the office at 100 hazard ave we were greeted us with such a warm welcome by the receptionist that we commented to her that she had to be one of the nicest people we'd ever met. She took the time to help us and then proceeded to make sure the area was sanitized due to covid. It made my daughter and I feel safe. The nurse that did my daughter's blood draw was wonderful too. No pain at all with the draw either. We would absolutely choose this Quest location for any lab work from now on. Such a great experience, which sounds funny when you are talking about getting your blood drawn.

Do not put on the internet that you open at 7 when you don't. Who has fasted blood at 8:30? People have to go to work.
