I arrived at 4:45 because I HAD NO IDEA this location was inside a grocery store. I drove around for 10 minutes before finally seeing the super small signage on the building. I arrived and she said "you late" and "we can't take you as a walk-in after 4:40". I didn't ask for any of that and simply expected a bit of understanding and patience but I was met with nothing but condescending rudeness rather than offering a solution in a friendly and professional manner. She needs intensive customer service training and should be immediately reprimanded for her actions. Absolutely unacceptable behavior in the workplace. I wouldn't trust someone with that attitude with a needle if you paid me.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Labcorp location in Cedar Hill, TX…read more The employee who assisted me, Mimi, was unprofessional and did not provide the level of customer service I expect in a healthcare setting. During my visit, she left her coworker to handle three or more patients alone, creating unnecessary delays and placing an unfair burden on the other employee. The remaining staff member remained professional despite being overwhelmed. In addition, I felt that Mimi was dismissive and disrespectful during our interaction. Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, especially when they are already dealing with medical concerns. I hope Labcorp management reviews this incident and takes steps to improve accountability and customer service at this location. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

When…read moreI asked about this, the staff told me proudly that their supervisor is the one that instructed them to close early every day even if patients are outside, wanting to get in. I arrived at about 4:40 PM and felt completely rushed by the staff. When the first draw was unsuccessful, the staff told me I might just have to come back another day since I couldn't get any blood to draw. On top of all of that, I have to take off work tomorrow to go into the lab because my lab work was never forwarded to my doctor. I've tried to call the office, but no one ever answers the phone.
