I arrived at 4:45 because I HAD NO IDEA this location was inside a grocery store. I drove around for 10 minutes before finally seeing the super small signage on the building. I arrived and she said "you late" and "we can't take you as a walk-in after 4:40". I didn't ask for any of that and simply expected a bit of understanding and patience but I was met with nothing but condescending rudeness rather than offering a solution in a friendly and professional manner. She needs intensive customer service training and should be immediately reprimanded for her actions. Absolutely unacceptable behavior in the workplace. I wouldn't trust someone with that attitude with a needle if you paid me.

I arrived at about 4:40 PM and felt completely rushed by the staff. When the first draw was unsuccessful, the staff told me I might just have to come back another day since I couldn't get any blood to draw. On top of all of that, I have to take off work tomorrow to go into the lab because my lab work was never forwarded to my doctor. I've tried to call the office, but no one ever answers the phone.

Her spirit made the room feel very - warm which was amazing . Laura, my technician, took extra care of the "girls" & made me feel very comfortable. Her hands were warm & didn't make me jump with each touch. That makes a WORLD of difference when doing a mammogram...especially since I'm sensitive to cold hands.
