This place needs some organization. It was very frustrating for the people on the stand by today and people who already have an appointment. I understand that some places can be super low staff and struggling to find replacement. Today they were giving priority to people who had an appointment totally understandable but they were behind filling the appointments that they had for the day on the other hand you had people who was waiting on the Stand by since 9:00 am and I was there until 1:30pm when a lady came up and told everybody that even tho you been waiting for a long time it wasn't a guarantee that they would take you. If they were struggling filling the appointments for the day why they don't stop taking stand by from the begging and being transparente about it. People were upset and yelling to the staff and I understand the frustration but the staff wasn't very helpful and they had a horrible attitude. read more

Save your money and don t go to any of the quest. For a small test for my baby girl they charge the insurance $796 and i still owe them $111.00!! rip off company. DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT... Quest should NOT take walk-ins and should be on an appointment only system after what I just experienced. Yesterday my doctor ordered blood and urine work. I tried to schedule an appointment for this location, but only saw late afternoon appointments available. Since I had to fast, I knew I wouldn't do well with a late appointment, so I opted to walk-in. I have walked in to multiple quest locations years ago, and never had a problem being seen in a timely manner, so figured it wouldn't be too bad. I waited 5 hours. 5 HOURS TO BE SEEN!!! Showed up at 9:40am, signed in and was number 3 on the standby list. I didn't walk out until nearly 3pm. Around the 3 hour mark, I became number one on the standby list, but still had to wait an additional 2 hours. Found out near the end of my wait, that if there is an appointment that gets canceled, people can book it online or over the phone that same day. What then happens is if appointments are completely booked, people on the waitlist DO NOT GET SEEN. They only get seen when there is a cancellation that no one else happens to book or some room between appointments. Their system is totally flawed and completely inconsiderate of peoples time. I hope they find a way to change how they do things because I'm sure the staff also does not enjoy dealing with all the angry patients. read more

FIVE STARS for Clementine. Clementine is the ONLY friendly and kindhearted person there. That is the ONLY reason i take my mom there. Other than that, the staff is not friendly, and the service is poor. ZERO STARTS for everyone else. One of the staff members was extremely unprofessional and rude to my disabled mother, and made her climb on a high chair, and refused to see her on her wheelchair!!! read more

Sherie and Andrew were extremely nice and attentive. Blood work of any kind makes me anxious and no one has ever been able to get a vein in my arm, but they were able to. Made sure I felt OK afterwards. Thank you for human kindness during this self-isolating time! read more

Walked in as a routine walk in patient to find a new process in place. I found it disheartening to find lack of compassion for walk in patients having to wait several hours to next availability. Some just walking out without service due to their frustration. Under the new process they forgot to consider exceptions. Occasionally a patient may require immediate testing for job purposes or medical conditions where hours of fasting are limited such as Diabetics. I can't believe this has taken place at a laboratory previously holding excellent reputation. read more

This was my second time to this location this week and due to receiving my orders the day before I was unable to make an appointment, I got there right before they opened and was in and out in 15 mins on Wednesday and in 5 mins today and the staff was amazing ! Today I had to bring my three kids with my unfortunately and everyone was very accommodating and wonderful !!! I will only go back to this location ! read more

My first visit was pretty good. Not sure why there's bad reviews here. The office is very clean and nurses are very friendly. I hate needles and usually every place I go has a hard time with finding a good vein but I was in and out with the nurse who did my blood work. I hope next time I go to do blood work I get the same nurse. But maybe all of them are that good. read more

The technicians are great, but their waiting room is a disaster. 6 chairs only. Everyone else waits in hallway. I guess covid can't survive in hallways. They are super kind to their patients! It was quick and easy for me to check-in with the ladies in the front desk. If you go early when they first open, there isn't that long of a line - considering I went on a Friday. I love the phlebotomist who called me back. Her name was Francisca (hope I spelled it correctly). She was super awesome, and made getting my blood drawn easy. Her hand is super steady and you can't feel her switching the tubes out. I usually become bruised when I get my blood drawn, but this time I didn't. I highly recommend coming to this facility! read more

This is a screwed up place. We make appointments and then have to wait 30-40 minutes. People come after us and they take them first. I've even been told not to register as an appointment since they will skip us. So today we waited and some woman comes in after us by 15 minutes and checks in on the appointment with her QR code. I had my first appointment at the 2250 S. Main, Corona location, today for extensive blood work. My appointment was with Clementine, and I will be requesting her for all my future blood work - she was wonderful! Due to my blood disorder, I am a very 'hard stick' and have very small veins. It is not unusual for it to take 4 - 6 sticks to obtain several vials for a routine blood draw - however, today Clementine was able to achieve everything in the first stick! (It has been at least 2 years since I've experienced this - I'm a very happy patient!) Everything else about my visit was excellent. Even though I live about 45 minutes away, I preferred to come to this location. I despise getting my blood taken, because my veins roll, and I typically am stuck with a needle a few times before the draw. I came here today after my doctors office attempted to draw my blood, four times. They told me the blood draw I had to be in the office. I left there, no blood drawn, because they could not get the needle in my vein. I needed blood drawn for other doctors, and went to quest. Even though they were super busy, but the waiting room was packed, Francisca helped me out. She assisted in simplifying the whole process, getting a new order for my doctor, so quest could take my blood. She was so helpful, professional, and got my blood drawn the first poke! She totally turn my frustration, and to relief. This is definitely the spot to go for a professional, competent blood draws. read more

I arrived at 6:50 and they open at 7 AM :-) A lady came out promptly at seven and walked the line of people to the office and explained the new check in procedure which is all done via iPad electronically. It was incredibly fast and efficient. I was the third person in line and was in and out within 15 minutes. The Lady who took my blood did an amazing job and the entire process was almost painless!! I hate giving blood for my yearly physical but this office did it's best to make it as convenient as possible. I will definitely come back here :-) read more

The most inhumane experience. No one to greet you and everything done through a tablet. Wait time says 5 mins for last 30 mins. Trying to drop off time sensitive lab specimen. Nobody cares. Would not recommend this place. read more

Well, another great visit at Quest Diagnostics. I didn't have an appointment but come to think of it I never make an appointment. The people here are so efficient and professional. I think my longest wait may have been 20 minutes. The phlebotomist are like snipers, they hit my vein with no pain every time. Our community is lucky to have such a great lab. read more

What an amazing, clean, and professional office. I was dreading taking my two year old to get her blood drawn. After reading reviews of all the nearby Quest Diagnostics offices for hours I finally made the decision to go to the Corona office. The ladies were all friendly and gave me a little ease. I couldn't stand the thought of my princess getting her blood drawn so my husband went in the back with her. The ladies had no issue getting the stick on the fist try. My daughter was more angry because of the bandage then getting her stuck. This office will be my go to spot from now on. read more

I've had my blood drawn many times at Quest and have always had a positive experience. I went recently to have a routine blood draw and didn't have an appt (I typically make an appt to bypass the wait). I was in and out in less than 20 mins! This office is very efficient! Not only that, my phlebotomist, Yajaira was AMAZING!! One of the best I've had. She got me in quickly, was SUPER friendly and talked to me the entire time and just really seemed to enjoy her patients. Wonderful experience! read more

This place absolutely sucks I had an appointment arrived on time, 5 minutes to spare. Used the automated signed. It signed me in as a walk in. No one works up front so you cannot ask for help. Was able to ask a tech when they opened the door all she said "ok" really. Called mention something again was ignored. This place is convenient, but will never use this location read more

I am in California for work and my doctor wants me to have labs done today stat for a surgery on Monday. My doctor emailed me my lab slip....I went in to this quest and asked of they could print it for me...they said no. ...so had to drive and find a fed ex office....came back and gave them slip and signed in 20 mins later they asked for my insurance and info....gave it to them...I watched as they took another 20 mins to input information. Then they asked for my information again. After 40 mins of being there they tell me they can not do my blood work because of an added test at bottom of slip. They said added test didn't have whether it was blood or plasma....so they said they can't do any of it. RIDICULOUS. ..now my blood won't be back in time for my surgery on Monday. These people are very slow here. I would never come back. read more

My worst ever customer experience April 24th ,2019. She did not want to allow my 82 year old father to use the restroom although I've let her know that it was an emergency. She kept on sending him out on the corridor. He was not able to hold it so it went on the floor. She's never apologized but she kept smiling. They've also put two people before me. Worst service ever. I went in to do a drop off for a lab I needed. I was told I would NOT need to make an appointment and it will take less than 5 minutes to drop off. I go in, the front desk lady was beyond rude. The way she spoke to people is uncalled for. This poor elder lady was having trouble with their new electronic sign in. They have two and both elder that was trying to use it, where having trouble and causing the line to build up. The lady asks for help. She talked down to her as she was helping her. If this was my grandmother I would have flipped out. Then I told her about my drop off. In her rude matter, she said, get to the back of the line, sign in and wait your turn. I said, I was in 2 days ago and they said I can just drop off and I don't have to wait. In her rude matter, well, we change things and now you wait. She walked away. I was shocked and I called the main line. I got a hold of the district manager. He was shocked and got me in this morning. I go back in and the rude lady was there. I said, I need to speak to the supervisor, to my horror she was the supervisor. I said really, well you were so rude and unhelpful yesterday I called and spoke to your district manager. She said yes, I know. She took my drop off. Never apologize nor said thank you. She made is so uncomfortable. There's so many lab companies. I will never go to quest again if this is how I will be treated. read more

The office staff are rude and disorganized. My doctors office dropped off my request for labs so I could come in Saturday to be drawn and in 2 days the staff managed to lose it. They informed me they wouldn't call the doctors office to confirm anything so it was up to me. When I got a hold of my doctor she immediately called to authorize the lab work and even though quest had all my personal and contact info they didn't bother to contact me. When my doctor called me back to confirm I'd be drawn and I said I was never contacted and immediately went back to quest. I arrived at 11:52 and all the shades were drawn and the doors locked. I knocked and had my doctor call them and after 5 minutes of knocking on two different doors, the ever so rude Sonia opened the door and said they were closed. It still was before noon and between my doctor on the phone and me there in person had to basically force them to draw my blood. And of course they couldn't find the authorization, yet again. Thanks again Sonia for being so unprofessional and rude. read more
