I've also experienced consistent issues with workers not being at the front desk when they are not working with patients, and talking in the back rooms, I even called the front desk to get them to come to the front desk. Lastly their operational hours are abysmal, 7:30-4PM with a break from 12:15-1PM, makes it incredibly difficult for those who are unable to take time off from work, or get lab work done outside of business hours.

She did not want to provide me with any help and failed to tell me that even my work ID could have been used but prolonged my job promotion ( I now got the promotion but a week later ) she was flicking her hands and snarling her lips and when I asked for a manager or corporate phone number she went on her phone laughing and then ignoring me. In the past, I've never heard of that happening, and I used the labcorp in my home state a lot.

I will not be returning to any lab alliance…read more I went here several months ago right when they opened.. actually about 15 mins prior and there was already a line as one would expect. That part was fine, we waited and handed my slip in and then waited again in the waiting room. I was maybe #5 in line and it truly took a whole hour of waiting in the room, they certainly do take their time drawing labs. The problem arose when I was called up for my turn and they informed me that my orders couldn't be drawn the way they were ordered. It was 2 orders on one order slip, and the one was a complete rast/allergy testing panel and the second was liver enzymes. The way it was ordered was completely correct but they had trouble entering into their system for the allergy panel since it was not individually listed (but mind you, it's a "panel".. a complete panel.. of all the individually listed items... so it shouldn't have to individually list each item...). This was frustrating but I will say the ladies were very pleasant... to further make this experience irritating: I suggested we just do the liver enzymes since that was the more important one and they said they were unable to do that as they couldn't only draw half of the items on an order sheet.... huh?!... So, we left and went to the Nappi building @ upstate lab draw location, and had the absolute best experience. The ladies were baffled by the experience we just had and insisted that the "rast allergy panel" was appropriately ordered and had no problem completing it as well as my liver labs. They thought it was also odd that lab alliance couldn't just draw one without drawing the other since they had so much confusion regarding the one order... Anywho; will never go to a lab alliance again.
