Terrible Experience - Complete Waste of Time…read more I made an appointment at Dunn Tire for a noon alignment on my truck. I was told it would take about one hour. After three hours, they told me they were just pulling the truck in and it would be ready in another hour. I came back an hour later--four hours after my scheduled appointment--and the truck still hadn't even been touched. To make things worse, the staff gave me attitude instead of an apology or any real explanation. I rely on my truck to work and earn a living, and they completely wasted my day. Absolutely no respect for my time or business. I strongly suggest not trusting this place. If they can't honor a simple scheduled appointment or communicate honestly, I wouldn't trust them with anything else.
