From the friendly and patient front and back office staff, to my knowledgeable and highly professional PA, Harold Wong, who I have gained immense trust in. Dr. Wong listens carefully to my concerns during visits, and has greatly improved the condition of my health since I first began going to SCV Quality are. His knowledge in primary care is remarkable, and I appreciate that he always considers my specific situations for my care. My lab results have all normalized under his care, and I credit Dr. Wong completely for that. Can't forget the staff. All the staff I have encountered at this facility are incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. From the simplest phone call to request a prescription renewal, or a quick call to update my insurance, each and every member of the team at SCVQC has been a pleasure to deal with. My review does NOT pertain to this location as I have NOT been successful in getting past the…read morescheduling office to actually make an appointment and be seen by the medical staff AT any of their locations! I have been trying to go in for treatment at Infusion for health since the beginning of November. My insurance had approved the treatment and my co-pay is paid 100% by the drug manufacturer co-pay assist program. However, thanks to the incompetent staff at the scheduling office, I've had my appointments cancelled, rescheduled and cancelled and rescheduled again 4 Times! At the moment, I have no idea whether I am actually scheduled to receive my initial treatment or not! On Wednesday, 12/10/25, I spoke to a scheduler whose every other sentence was an extremely irritating: "Let me see!" She scheduled me for an appointment for 12/26/25 at 11 a.m. She then called back 20 minutes later and left a message telling me the time she had scheduled me for wasn't available and I would have to be rescheduled for 2 hours earlier! No consideration to my time, if I was going to be available 2 hours earlier or even apologize that all her "let me see" clearly didn't help much because she didn't schedule the right time. She had to call back and tell me to go in 2 hours earlier because the infusion takes "too long for the appointment time she had initially booked me for!" As a "scheduler" should she NOT know how long the process takes BEFORE she schedules patients for treatments?! I would imagine that length of treatment ought to be the very minimum she should KNOW before she schedules patients for treatment! Or is incompetence a prerequisite for the schedulers? What if I'm no able to make it in 2 hrs earlier? My treatment is delayed again? I'm sure it doesn't matter to her! I called and requested to speak to a supervisor 3 different times on Wednesday 12/10 between the hours of 11:40-am to 4:15p.m. Each time; I was told no supervisor was available to speak to me but one would call me back before the end of the day. No one bothered to call me back! My appointment had been rescheduled 4 TIMES for a medication meant to control a debilitating condition which I have NOT received any treatment for 6 weeks! Yet no person in charge in the scheduling office can even PRETEND to care enough about patient care enough to call back! I am sure the medical staff at the infusion for Health are wonderful, caring, compassionate and professional individuals as evident by the reviews they've received but the staff at their scheduling office are the exact opposite! Unprofessional, beyond incompetent, with no consideration to the patient's situation or their medical needs. It is a shame that this is the initial representation patients experience from this medical group.
