No toilet paper, clearly dirty toilet and no soap to wash your hands. Absolutely disgusting and Northwell should be ashamed of this facility.

When I saw she wasn't using a butterfly needle, I almost panicked--but she was so gentle, kind, and reassuring that she immediately put me at ease. She even had me laughing through the whole process, which is not easy to do in that situation. I wish I remembered her name, but I believe it may have been Debbie. Every time I visit this location, the staff is consistently amazing with no complaints at all. In my experience, they are far better than other systems I've worked with, including Northwell (and I say that as a former Northwell employee).

You can make the appointment all online or on the app. They recently made it even easier to check in, using the app or scan on the terminals inside. Oh gosh ! She didn't even cry! Barely flinched!!! I don't know how the person drawing her blood even found a vein. Little kids veins aren't prominent like an adults, however, there was only one poke needed! Yayy Yea, the office is small, but with everything being straightforward and done pretty promptly it didn't bother me, or her. I think it might've helped keep my normally wild toddler, relaxed. I actually will be returning with her there for this year's bloodwork, either today or tomorrow .

This is more of an updated review. I Came here July 2019 due to having severe pain that had my…read moresisters concerned... I did not even want to go but it was bad. Shortly after discussing my pain- I Was told by the doctor who was also a woman of color (huge to feel seen in the medical place by someone that looks like you) that I'd be wasting the hospitals time for a CT and that I don't know pain since I've never had kids (after she asked me my pain level from 1-10 and I said 10). I went in with burning stabbing pain that left walking almost impossible. Fast forward to today I learned I have multiple sclerosis as well as functional neurological disorder and have been living with it (MS) for Atleast 10 years. I wish I could remember her name and I wish city MD didn't make obtaining my records so difficult because I would love for her to know her dismissing me led me to self neglect and gas lighting my self from then until now. I lived with the pain she dismissed as it got progressively worse for the following 5/6 years because I believed her. I didn't know pain. I was just wasting their time. I'm having seizires and collapsing in my home but it's ok because I don't know pain... never had kids. It took waking up blind and unable to remember my own name to get to a hospital. Where I then learned how severe my condition is. Where I learned she had failed me. I hope no one goes here for an emergency and is neglected in this way again. I hope this review finds a way to her. If so, I need you to understand-You failed me. I just need you to know that. You failed me. You may have been right I didn't need a ct... I needed an MRI of my brain and spine with and with out contrast, a lumbar puncture, and treatment. I will never know what child birth is like for reasons that aren't your business. And I pray you never fail anyone the way you failed me that evening again.
