Being immunocompromised and Covid still being a big part of life, i told her I didnt feel comfortable and asked if I could wait in my care. The woman was a little rude about it at first but then I just gave her my cell phone number and walked out. A minute later my phone rang. It was a different woman who apologized to me and then emailed me my paperwork to do on my phone. She informed me that the technician would call my cell phone when it was my time. A little while later, like 15 minutes, karen, the technician called me. I entered through the side entrance so I didnt have to walk through the packed waiting room. The sonogram room was clean and had a nice picture on the ceiling above the exam table area. Karen was an excellent technician and talked me through everything. It was overally a good experience other than my initial impression of the waiting room and first interaction with the woman behind the test. I do recommend this location however if you are immunocompromised maybe just plan to wait in your car.
