Not only do they treat patients poorly but doctors and colleagues from surrounding offices

the people that work here are completely incompetent. i had an appt at 2:40 but walked in at 1 and asked if i can be seen. the lady said "sure." she couldn't find my paperwork and asked me to email it 3 times. finally another lady comes out to tell me they're busy even though they were clearly cracking up and having a full blown convo in the back. a different lady comes out and finally looks at the paperwork on my phone and says oh it's a quest form it should be on our computer. somehow they still can't find it. jennifer was nice enough to come out and help. everyone else was beyond rude. if possible, go to a different quest as the girls here are unable to help and will keep you here for hours read more

I had blood drawn at Quest Lab at their Beverly Hills office and Andres C drew my blood . I had 16 tubes to draw and he was excellent I didn't even know I had the needle in my arm , and before I knew it I was finished . He was so kind and so professional . I highly recommend having your blood draw at this quest labratory!!Usually I have been to other Labs and they always say ;your veins are small or I can't find one , and Andres did first try !!! Thank you read more

This office is terribly unhelpful, the check in system is awful. The people that work her do not have good bedside manor and are not helpful. It is very difficult to get an appointment and they are unclear on what you need/what to bring etc... do not go here, save yourself and go through a different lab altogether or Atleast a different office. Parking is a shit show as well. read more

The most incompetent staff in the medical field. I came in without appointment on Friday 4/7/2023. Very rudely she responded: "you will not be served but you can wait all day if you want". Sat for 2 hours but during that both nurses had no patients inside and no one in the waiting room and never called me in. When I inquired she replied: "This is the process, I told you are not getting in". I've been going to Quest for the past 13 years but no more. read more

One star is too much for this service. Staff were clueless. Although I came in with an appointment, I walked out after an hour wait. This was my second horrible experience with Quest. Never giving them my business again. read more

this has to be the worst medical experience in existence. i had appointment and they failed to notify me and all the other clients that they would be closed. they later said it was for building maintenance. what a load of crap. upon arrival the building was open for business but not Quest with other people waiting to get in to a locked office with no notification. Never go to Quest unless you like fighting traffic to get there and pay to park with no results for your time and effort. i guess going out of business is next. read more

Not great service no one at the front desk. No one ever picks up phone calls. Unhelpful staff. And very very very slow with only one other person in the waiting area. read more

I'm not going to go after the employees here. They're trying to do their best at an understaffed location. I've been going to this Quest for years and this was the first time I've considered going elsewhere. If you have an appointment for a certain time, you shouldn't be forced to wait another thirty minutes and then have to go outside and feed the meter. Again, this is mainly about Quest and how they choose to staff this location, apparently using the CVS model of, if you need three employees to help customers efficiently, why don't we just cut costs and have two. All this ends up doing is putting pressure on the employees because there are angry customers waiting and creating an atmosphere that is frustrating for all around, which is not so great in a place where you're having blood drawn. read more

I wish I had never visited this location. So unorganized, inefficient and incapable of doing their job. My experience at other quest locations has usually been in and out with out any issues. Not so with this location. I should have left when they made me wait for 1/2 despite my appointment, or when I saw all the vials of blood spread out in different locations or when the workers were coming in and out haphazardly not knowing whose next and hitting chairs and people in their way, or when the phlebotomist almost hurt me in the process of drawing blood. To top it all off I got a bill of $800 since they didn't input the correct insurance ID in my file. Spare yourself the experience and go to any other quest location than this. read more

Worst phlebotomist and overall experience. Calllous, cold Horrible staff They don't answer questions or the phone DO NOT GO THERE read more

Horrible. Avoid going to Qwest if you have difficult veins and your doctor requests a blood draw. They are completely incompetent and lack supplies. A young man made the first unsuccessful attempt. He used the needle to fish around looking for a vein. Then the second person (female) attempted to unsuccessfully to find a vein. Thankfully, she realized she didn't get the vein and immediately removed the needle (unlike the first phlebotomist). I asked why they didn't use a butterfly needle and I was told they were out of butterfly needles. At that point, I walked out. I will never go to a Qwest Lab again. The next day I went to Cedars-Sinai and the phlebotomist was able to get the vein on the first try. I shared what happened with him and he said I am not the first person to tell him a horror story about Quest. It appears the hospitals get the most experienced phlebotomists and Quest gets the leftovers. read more

I went to Quest today at 3:30pm to get a blood test as a walk in patient. CRYSTAL PEREZ, one of the staff, was EXTREMELY rude. I asked if I could get a blood test as a walk in patient. She answered first by saying that she can't take me as a walk in then she said I had to help the other customer ahead of me first. I waited for 45 minutes and during that time I asked her a couple times when my turn would be. After asking multiple times, she informed me that she can't take me as a patient. DISGUSTING customer service, extremely rude and could've easily let me know to not wait there while i was standing there by the front desk- extreme lack of compassion. Absolutly no customer service. read more

Long wait times, they don't follow the protocols they set forward - masking, only 4 people at a time waiting. The phlebotomists were good but I had a huge order and the front desk person Told me that they did not have some of the tests that my doctor had ordered when in fact they did have the tests but my doctor needed to change the order to be more specific. Because of this I had to come back three different times. read more

Slooooow. Plan on spending time here. Just needed to have blood collected. I've financed my car in less time.

I don't know why this place has such a bad rating. Every time I've been there the staff has been super nice and friendly. The experience is always quick and painless, and it's really easy to make an appointment online. read more

This location is the slowest working employees ever! They are constantly conversation going in the back and have no regard to the poor patients who are waiting patiently in the waiting room and fasting. I just cannot believe that the manager even allows this speed to continue. I had appointment from weeks ago scheduled and I was still waiting over 40 minutes In Their freezing waiting room. Pathetic and shame on this establishment! read more

Quest has really good service and they are helpful the lobby is really nice. People should come here for a blood test

I walked in to have some blood work taken. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. I finally got frustrated and left. They didn't try to explain the delay, they didn't apologize, they didn't do sh&t. Staff is rude and the place is not professional at all. As I was sitting in the waiting room, literally every other person who was waiting was complaining as well. I suggest you stand clear of this place. read more

I had an appointment and they made me wait 45 minutes to then tell me they weren't able to take me anymore. This is my second time having this issue with quest. read more

STOP! This Mickey Mouse operation is to be avoided. They don't take calls. They don't have a receptionist. They don't honor appointments. And the place feels dirty. Employees are incompetent and unprofessional. Disgusted is my experience with Quest Diagnostics. read more

They had one person running the check in and drawing blood it was an hour late of having an appointment at 1:15 I got very stressed out

This Quest is the worst lab. However, the Quest Corporate is not helpful either. I did not have an appointment. I registered on the iPad and waited almost an hour before being called to the desk even though there were only 3 others in the waiting room. When I was finally called to the desk the 20 something behind the desk said they didn't have an order. I asked him to double check since I knew my MD had faxed it in. He checked but still couldn't find it. I suggested that he look under the doctor's name. That's where it was--misfiled under the doctor's not the patient's name. Then he told me to sit down. I waited over a half hour then was called up to the desk where the incompetent clerk told me he had to process the order. I asked why he hadn't done it when he found it. No answer. Waited another 20 minutes before the lab tech called me in. My MD needed the results asap so he could determine the right dose of thyroid medication because my medication plan is mail order. He was never sent the result and by then I was almost out of thyroid so he had to give me samples. Then when I got the bill I called Quest billing quite a few times and explained the complete lack of service at the Bedford lab and that I wanted an adjustment for the charge. I had waited an hour to reach the first person. That person said she could do nothing and I had to be transferred to Tier 2. I waited another half hour or more. Tier 2 said they couldn't help me but I asked for a supervisor waiting another half hour. I was told that they don't do any adjustments that I had to call the Bedford lab and speak to the Manager. They refused to believe it was a 2 person office with no sign of a manager. I have called the people who sent the bill as well as the Bedford lab at least 5 times. You have to wait at least an hour before some rude person answers the phone to tell you they won't help. The phone at the lab is answered by a recording and the prompts do not allow connection to a person. I have informed Quest and their response--you have to go into the lab. Never use Quest especially the Bedford lab. read more

Awful service. Lazy and piss poor attitudes!!! People are already not in a good mood to dive or draw blood early in the am, the last thing they need is arrogance and long waits in empty rooms. read more

AVOID this location. Today was my first (and only) visit to this Quest location. I went for a biometric screening thru my employer's healthcare program. When I arrived at the entrance to their office suite, there were many signs on the door with Covid rules. One of which clearly stated to wait outside if more than 4 people in the waiting room. When I opened the door, there were 5 people inside lined up to check in. So I waited outside until some left. Then inside the lobby, I again waited to check in on their iPad. When I finally got to the iPad, it informed me that I was now late and that my appt had been canceled and converted me to a walk-in patient. The person at the desk was not interested in giving me an ETA for my job or helping me as I explained that I was here but waiting outside bc of their instruction on their door. She genuinely seemed shocked when I told her there was a sign on their door with those instructions. How is that possible? Lobby and office were not clean. It felt like a sad, weathered facility. No one wants a place that's sticking needles into you to feel unsanitary. I had not checked Yelp reviews in advance since normally blood labs are quick and easy facilities. All the other 1 star reviews on Yelp are consistent with my experience today. In total, it took 1 hour to get biometric blood drawn despite having an appointment. Should have taken 10 min max. To top it all off, 2 hours later I have a large purple and red bruise in my inner elbow where they drew the blood. This was an all-around poor experience and everyone should avoid this location. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location. The person who checked me in was sweet but slow and training someone. 45 minutes after I arrived on time with an appointment the person who checked me in attempted unsuccessfully to draw my blood twice. She was at least compassionate and tried her best. She then got the manager who was a bit of a grump and not careful or kind at all. I have never experienced pain with a butterfly needle but she jabbed so hard it hurt and I already have a bruise just a few hours later. And of course she missed too. But the worst part was her comment after. Rather than apologize for her incompetence, she said "You're too nervous it won't work" and blamed me lol. Everyone here seems to be new and inexperienced. This used to be the only place I would come for blood draws, as the two women who worked there never missed, were confident, and made made me feel comfortable. I drove all the way from Studio City only to leave without having my blood taken after 3 attempts. I will NEVER come back to this location. And I kept seeing the receptionist taking used pens and putting them back in the "clean pens" container. read more
