There's basically no street parking because most of the surrounding residential area is permit only, so you end up having to use their parking structure and pay (I paid $7. I was there 5 mins max). Then I finally get upstairs, check in on their kiosk, and within a minute I get called up. The employee asks if I have paper copies of my lab order. I tell her no because my doctor sent everything electronically literally YESTERDAY at my docs appt. She immediately says there's nothing they can do and that they need paper copies. Annoying, but fine. I step out into the hallway to call my doctor's office and explain the situation. When I come back in to continue the conversation with the same employee, another staff member rudely asks, "Did you check in yet?" Like... obviously? I had already checked in and was literally continuing the conversation that had just happened. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unfriendly. If electronic orders aren't accepted or there are issues receiving them, communicate that clearly beforehand instead of making patients figure it out after they've paid for parking and already checked in. Not a great experience.

I texted her to tell her I had a labcorp order and she let me know she had discontinued working there after all these years- I was crushed! How would I go about finding someone new who was as sweet and wonderful and pain-free and "for the patients" as Cynthia? Mary was every inch as accommodating as humanly possible- she was so so sweet when I asked for a butterfly needle and to do a "1, 2..deep breath" before placing the needle. She said "my pleasure" every time I thanked her- and was so kind. I was a walk-in mid-day on a Friday and it was a pretty full waiting room but I got in and out very quickly- maybe 20 mins total? They do have separate sign-in kiosks for patients sent from the women's clinic and it did take them a second to get my insurance figured out, which I'm not used to dealing with. I can't speak to parking as I got dropped off and picked up. The only thing that was less than pleasant was having the needle placed on the smaller vein on the outer side of my inner elbow. Eek- not used to people using the outer arm vein (is it called "cephalic"?). It hurt even with a butterfly- but Mary made it go fast- she was really kind and caring.

I told the doctor of my symptoms (intense headache, intense muscle aches, fever, chills, stomach discomfort... I told them I had absolutely no respiratory or sinus symptoms. They again tested for covid/flu (negative) and also took a test for all the other things out there and said I would get the results back in a day or two. When I got the results back, I read the report saying: "The patient presents with a chief complaint of nasal congestion of the sinuses. The patient denies the following recent symptoms: * Constitutional: denies chills, fever". This is completely wrong information In my medical chart. The lack of care in getting information correct makes me question everything about this place. What if I went into a coma and this was the only info anyone had to go off of? Super unprofessional.

The staff is all very young and seem to lack experience but they did provide quick X-rays. It seems this is a vitamin shot shop and I would take any serious illness or injury to the urgent care up the street. It seems they are basically charging to refer you to someone else.

My son has several behavioral issues that make going to any doctor a nightmare usually... But this place and the staff surprised me over and over with how kind, patient, welcoming, confident, and accommodating they were toward me kid and his needs. I'm so used to providers misunderstanding and/or mistreating my kid that I was truly shocked by how awesome they were. Turns out he didn't have an ear infection, but even the doctor who examined him was simply AMAZING working with him. Patient, attentive, respectful, curious, playful, and supportive. He didn't judge me for bringing him in, or act like we'd wasted his time. I seriously wanted to hug him at the end, lol. I wanted to hug all of them! Phlebotomist was a really young guy which kinda freaked me out but despite being seemingly new he did a good job no complaints other than Kinda hurt when he took the needle out. A couple random people in the office kept coming to check on us which was kinda weird but again I think he was just new. Only wish they'd keep you for a couple min of observation after like most places and maybe give you a juice box cuz I left feeling pretty woozy. Today I came here because I woke up and felt super nauseous and threw up then had brain fog and…read moreheadache. When I went in the front desk lady was nice. The guy was helping me made me take a pee test. There was a paper taped on the wall that said put urine sample here.... Like I'm gonna put my urine sample on a taped piece of paper on the wall. It was so weird.. As I was waiting I think he doused himself in cologne. The doctor came in and prescribed me nauseous medicine. Then he came back in the room in a cloud of cologne. My headache immediately started back again and major brain fog when he handed me my doctors note, his hand touched mine and I could smell the cologne on my hand. The whole drive home . Before I got into my car. I threw up by my car because this cologne was all over my clothes. He sprayed so much. I just thought it was super unprofessional, especially in this type of environment when people are sick I was so nauseous. I felt like he hugged me or something and his cologne was just all over me and it was really a lot on my hand from when he handed me the doctors note. I'm still so nauseous and I can't even go to the store to get my nauseous medicine because I'm throwing up over here....

This place has always had its issues with major disorganization, getting referrals, what appears to…read morebe lots of turnover so no one knows who you are or what's going on even if you have more chronic issues, but I still considered it a valuable resource. Then they started raising the price and removing services at the same time which was problematic given just how expensive some of those services are. A house call went from $500-$1500. On top of paying $6000 a year and for labs or any scans. Where I really draw the line is poor bedside manner and treating a patient who is suffering like they have somehow brought this on themselves and are at fault for needing care. I certainly understand that every doctor needs to use discernment, but having someone leave feeling just as bad as when they arrived is truly unacceptable. This is supposed to be a luxury service. That's why you are paying so much. So yes a person expects to not have to wait and to also be treated quite well. There has been an extreme decline in medical care in the last 12-15 months. This has looked like non standard of care medical treatment, long wait times even when there is only one or two other patients present and you have made an appointment. Major errors in lab orders causing delays in potential needed treatments. A refusal to make an appointment for a phone call with the medical director after several requests and several screw ups because he's busy running the whole company now. This is simply bad business and not the way to maintain long term clientele. My belief is that they are banking on not having a major competitor at the moment, but that can easily change given that their patients are wealthy and they are doing such a poor job serving them. It's really just a matter of time before another group of doctors gets together and builds a similar business model.

Once I had to transfer to UCLA for a serious medical emergency, I never heard from Sollis again and I received no expedited or improved personal treatment. I don't think these are things they can realistically offer and they should stop saying as much on their website. I just saw a recent ad and what they are promising is complete fiction. They have no pull once you're in a real ER.
