Very friendly quest and speedy too !!! James /Tatiana were the best !!!shout out to them !!!! (Apologies for the misspelling)

Inept, unprofessional and lazy rude employees that can't draw blood to save their life! I saw an older lady lose it and they didn't care & yelled at her & other patients like we were bothering them! Elizabeth N. Is a lazy obese low IQ idiot that will have wait 1.5 hour after your appointment and she can't find the lab requisition from your doctor so after 2 hours of waiting, they send you home with NO labs down! Do NOT go to this Hell hole! You will kill your entire day for NO good reason waiting for these low iQ trolls! If you do go back to the lab, they will pierce your veins multiple times & can't get your blood! Avoid this place like the plague! read more

Quest Diagnostics - Their walls - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Beverly Hills, California

This place is hell. There are 4 lazy people in the back and several people in the waiting room. It's a blood draw, it shouldn't take so long. 10 minutes max. The employees are apathetic. Actually, they're worse. They've rolled down the service window and have you use a kiosk to sign in. Their door is closed and they have to nerve to write "Do not knock" on it. Some poor woman here had to give herself an allergic reaction in order to get tested during a flare and only had 4 hours to be tested and the poor woman had a breakdown because they couldn't take her. The employees had zero sympathy. No one would help her but once the woman had a breakdown and yelled in the lobby, all 3 employees came out to investigate. Classy. Quest, shame on you. read more

I had to get some bloodwork done and searched for a Quest near my office for convenience. As luck would have it, this location was a block away, so I scheduled an appointment online. When I entered the building, I thought I was in the wrong place. Whoa! This is too nice to be a medical facility. The hallways are lined with beautiful mahogany wood and the floors are marble. It looked more like a fancy hotel. I checked the directory to make sure I was at the correct place. I was, so I proceeded to the suite where Quest is located. Inside, it looked like your typical testing center. Nothing fancy. Just a few chairs and a kiosk where you check in. I only had a 5-minute wait before being called in. Edwardo was friendly and polite and took a few vials of blood. Shortly after, I was on my way back to work. Even though they take walk ins I suggest making an appointment online. It's convenient and you're in and out quickly. read more

On October 21st I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment at this Quest Diagnostics location for a fasting blood test. Because appointment slots are so limited I had no choice but to schedule the earliest available time which meant fasting from 9:00 p.m. the night before until my appointment the next day. After nearly sixteen hours without food I arrived on time only to find a handwritten sign on the door stating the location was closed due to an emergency. There was no email phone call text or any form of notice provided beforehand. Patients should never arrive for medical testing after extended fasting only to discover the facility is closed without warning. This was not my first negative experience with Quest Diagnostics. The week before I waited over three hours as a walk-in before being told I would not be seen at all. Two consecutive failures of this nature clearly demonstrate severe understaffing and a complete lack of operational accountability. For a company operating in healthcare this level of negligence is unacceptable. Patients depend on timely communication especially when fasting or preparing for essential medical testing. To leave people uninformed and physically distressed is irresponsible and potentially harmful. Quest Diagnostics should not be permitted to continue operating under such disorganized conditions. I strongly caution anyone considering this company to find an alternative provider that respects patients' time health and basic human decency. read more

This is the saddest excuse for a medical office no common courtesy or respect for people or there time after arriving and it being me and only one other person I waited for over an hour while people got helped even though there appointment time wasn't for 20+ minutes and there isn't even a receptionist anymore but yet they charge how much for these tests so you would think those funds would go towards paying a extra tech to make the wait time less nope instead there is only two people on staff and apparently only one of them can be on shift at a time while the other sits on break what a joke quest this is a terrible look on you and you guys surely didn't become this big of a lab by providing shitty service step it up read more

The most inefficient and horrible service you will ever receive. They isn't even a person waiting at the front desk. It is all computerized. He won't get any answers. They make you wait for hours and hours. Their customer service is zero. Do not go here at any cost. read more

I have no idea why this location has such poor reviews. I made an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, they took me back 10 minutes later, and I was out the door before my scheduled appointment time. The phlebotomist was polite, kind, and professional. To boot, there is free two hour parking in the structure a few buildings down. My husband had a positive experience when he came to this Quest location as well. I highly recommend and will definitely come here for any future bloodwork needs. read more

Elizabeth is a literal angel, I came in at 8:30 AM and left by 8:40 AM! She was so quick and efficient and so sweet. She talked to me through the whole blood draw, which was super quick!! She was literally giving me compliments the entire time !! Love her! I could've stayed all day. I was extremely anxious and nervous to come in for my bloodwork, but she made the entire experience so quick and seamless. I will never go anywhere else!! read more

rudest possible guy calling my name and yelling at me that I did not email my prescription to the requested email - I had no idea- and taking another patient instead of me. as you wait there you can hear the staff laugh and take their time, it's a terrible experience especially as you are coming in with medical issues. GROSS place. read more

Honestly, believe the bad reviews!!! I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!!. Like many, I read about turning up for the scheduled appointment only to find a note on the door stating that the location was closed, and to go to the Century West location. I even received an early morning appointment reminder. I and another couple turned up, stood there fuming for a few mins and left. What an utter waste of time and expense. I took an expensive Lyft ride here and they came from afar. Quest gives zero care about inconveniencing its customers. Totally unprofessional. Why continue to take appointments when you won't be open on the day of said appointments? A pox on them!!! read more

My experience was with Elizabeth. Not only was she highly skilled and professional, she is very kind and caring.

Great experience! Saw the bad reviews and was scared. Walked in without an appointment at 3:43 (they close at 4) and they were able to see me after I waited only 5 mins. Brooke was kind and patient. The jab was quick and easy. Very good jab compared to other experiences. Check-in at kiosk is easy. Recommend coming here when you already have an order from your doctor. read more

This place is DYSFUNCTIONAL! The first time I visited there was a sign on the door stating "We're Closed." They provided no advance notice nor any apology thereafter. The second time they stated that I had no appointment, even after showing them my phone which indicated that Quest had confirmed the appointment the day before. Then , after 45 minutes, I was told they never received the records and they "have a lot of problems with Cedars. Two other patients volunteered that they had a LOT of problems with Quest and that some employees do not seem to know (nor care) what they are doing!!!!! read more

Adding to the enormous pile of 1-star reviews for Quest! For this particular location, and for Quest Diagnostics in general! I'd had a negative experience at this location before, but I booked another appointment there because I needed the earliest possible time slot. When I showed up for my appointment, the door was locked! The regular hours were posted: 8am-12pm, 1pm-4pm. No signs explaining why it was closed at 10:30am, no phone number, no way to contact anyone to find out what was going on. There was a QR code on the door - that took me to the Quest website, which informed me that the confirmation number on my confirmation e-mail didn't exist! When I got home, I looked at the website on my computer, and there was no evidence of my appointment. And no evidence of the fee that I paid. Fortunately, that payment didn't show up on my credit card statement, either. But I have the confirmation to prove that the appointment existed! Of course, there's no one to complain to about it. I sent an e-mail to Quest through their website - I wonder if they'll get back to me! Quest is a terrible company that's replaced people with bad technology. Technology is supposed to be used to make things easier and more efficient for people. Instead, it's increasingly being used to make the rich richer! read more

I was a bit hesitant to go to this location based on the reviews, but have been twice now in the past 2 weeks and they are great! Best to make an appt and go early in the morning. I'm also not great with needles and Oscar was so kind and gentle. I would recommend this Quest location! read more

Office experience. This quest diagnostic offers the most unpleasant experience. Do not go here!!! You only work with a computer. Nobody is at the door. The workers don't care and are behind a door. They make you recheck in and wait just for a lab drop off . read more

Confirmed an appointment twice same day and the. office closed when we arrived. Other people in same situation. Never rely on this location.

Quest Diagnostics was the in-between with Lemonaid Health when I wanted to (finally) discover my blood type after all these years. After filling out the information online and ordering my test, I was linked to the Quest site to make my appointment to have my blood drawn. This location on Bedford was the one that came up, and I was happy since I am familiar with the area. They do close down for lunch from 12-1, so I waited outside the door in the hall with two other patients, several feet apart. First thing the employee did after 1p was ask which of us had an appointment, so although I arrived last, I was the first to go in. Check-in was super-easy, and I was directed to room #2 right away. Bertha was the one who drew my blood, and she was great. I tend to talk sometimes when getting a shot (I am not afraid of needles, but I guess babbling is my way of dealing with it) so her pleasant demeanor worked wonders. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. Next step: results! Although my time here was brief, everything went smoothly and I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction. Parking is same side of the street, 2 hours free. Know that this seems to be the most popular garage, so sometimes it's filled but when I went around 12-something, I was surprisingly able to grab a great spot. read more

The worst. Never anyone at the front desk. Very clearly said a sample could just be dropped off when done and then got there and was told needed an appointment. Didn't need a test need to drop off a sample in their containers and with their forms. Horrible. Rude. Use ANY other option. See the reviews here. They clearly don't care. read more

There's several Quest Lab locations all over town but this is the only one I go to now and have been for the past few years because I've had issues at their other locations. This location is always clean and they're usually always on time - especially if you make an appointment like I do. I've never had an issue or problem here. I hope the higher-ups read these reviews because I usually wouldn't leave a review on Yelp for lab work. But I have to let everyone know how awesome & incredible Crystal is. Not only is she an excellent lab tech, she is gentle, kind, sweet, compassionate and extremely patient. My Dr's office made mistakes with my lab orders but Crystal went above & beyond today with me and all the wasted time we spent together trying to contact & get though on the phone to my Dr's office. Crystal even stayed well-past her lunch break to assist me as we attempted to contact my Dr's office several times to resolve their mistakes; before they were gone for their lunch break, which would of required me to comeback after 1pm or reschedule for another day. My appointment was @11:40am and I checked in @11:30 and was seen 5 minutes early. Had my Dr's office staff & nurses done their job properly, I would of been out of there in 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't get out of there until 12:15pm. But Crystal didn't mind working through her lunch break because all she was concerned about was solving the problem and providing me with an exceptional experience. No other Quest Lab location I know of would of cared as much and sent me on my way @12pm on the dot without providing services nor would they have excelled & shined like Crystal did today. Thanks again, Crystal, you made a very frustrating experience more tolerable, and you rock! read more

Elizabeth was my phlebotomist and it was the best experience I've ever had at a Quest location.

Not only are they EXTREMELY slow, but strangely unprofessional. The person behind the counter showed no compassion for the elderly woman who needed assistance when contacting her daughter to pick her up. There was an obvious language barrier and he was extremely unhelpful with trying to accommodate her. Another woman in line offered to call/text the woman's daughter to sort out whatever confusion was going on. I decided to wait outside in the hall due to Covid precautions. When I came in he was ignoring those checking in. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Awful service, I did my labs on Monday and few more days later I realized they did not fully released all the orders, even tho I insist to double check the orders and I printed out all the labs myself and gave it to the nurse, the staff just don't care about patient experience and it seems like they don't know what they are doing read more

Horrible experience! I went to the Quest office on Bedord as a "walk-in" very early this morning and waited several minutes for someone to arrive. The tech finally opened the door after 8:00 AM with a sour look on her face and walked away. No hello or instructions. I walked into an empty waiting room with the television blaring and was the only person waiting for at least 10 minutes. The tech knew I was the only one waiting because it's recorded on a monitor. Once a "scheduled" person arrived around 8:15 the tech promptly called that person's name. I understand scheduled patients take priority over walk-ins but this tech had plenty of time to help me before that person arrived. She deliberately blew me off. Who needs that kind of experience when you have to draw blood (which for some people is an unpleasant experience anyway)? It was terrible and I won't be going back. read more

I have been here for 90 minutes and not even a single walk in has been seen. THE WORST LOCATION EVER! Their check in machine says "30-60 minutes wait" if you walk in. But it's absolutely not! Quest, you are now for 0-2 for locations in my area - completely unacceptable for necessary medical tests! After the Robertson location absolutely butchered me last summer and you did nothing to investigate, I elected to go to the Bedford location this time for bloodwork that unfortunately could not be done at my doctor's office due to it needing to be an early AM blood draw. First, I was unable to schedule an early AM blood draw for about 10 days as your appointments were mostly booked. I found an opening for 8:45am on Tuesday, April 27th so I scheduled my appointment for then. When I arrived, I used the check-in pad and then informed the person at the counter that my blood draw was time sensitive. She just seemed to shrug like "so what?" Fortunately I was one of only two people in the office that had an appointment and thus was prioritized. A few minutes go by and I get called up by a different woman to provide my lab paperwork and insurance card. I gave the woman the documents. Then she proceeded to have difficulty with the scanner and had to ask for help (she seemed to be brand new). Then she said all was done and handed me back my insurance card. I got called back around 9:10, which was borderline for making the cutoff for my blood draw. The phlebotomist noticed this and made sure to separate vials and such accordingly so she could rush out the early AM draw sample. However, towards the end, I can only assume she forgot a vial as she bandaged me up, and then said she had to stick me in the other arm, and filled one vial using my other arm. Fortunately she at least knew what she was doing there and it was painless and non-marking as a proper blood draw should be. Anyway, as there were at least 5 or 6 tubes for my bloodwork, I figured all was processed correctly. But now, a week later, I discover once again, Quest is completely incompetent and neglected to enter one of the tests, so it was never run. It was on the paperwork I handed over, but apparently the person at check-in, who couldn't figure out how to operate the scanner, never successfully scanned that page (there were several). Now I have to get bloodwork yet again for the test that was not done due to incompetence. This is unacceptable when you are in the business of health care, period!!! read more

This Quest location is the absolute worst. I made an appointment and went to have my blood drawn per my doctor's orders. I provided a written referral from the doctor with all the details he wanted for the blood being drawn. Couple of weeks later I go to my doctors appointment and there were no blood test results from Quest. The doc assistant called Quest and here is the best part they had no results in the system and no record of my visit! Needless to say epic errors were made and now I still need to get a blood test done. I will never go to this location ever again. Clearly the operators on the day of my appointment had one job and they couldn't even do that correctly. Here's to 20 Negative Stars.... Good riddance. read more
