Absolutely despise this LabCorp location. Parking alone makes the experience miserable. There's basically no street parking because most of the surrounding residential area is permit only, so you end up having to use their parking structure and pay (I paid $7. I was there 5 mins max). Then I finally get upstairs, check in on their kiosk, and within a minute I get called up. The employee asks if I have paper copies of my lab order. I tell her no because my doctor sent everything electronically literally YESTERDAY at my docs appt. She immediately says there's nothing they can do and that they need paper copies. Annoying, but fine. I step out into the hallway to call my doctor's office and explain the situation. When I come back in to continue the conversation with the same employee, another staff member rudely asks, "Did you check in yet?" Like... obviously? I had already checked in and was literally continuing the conversation that had just happened. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unfriendly. If electronic orders aren't accepted or there are issues receiving them, communicate that clearly beforehand instead of making patients figure it out after they've paid for parking and already checked in. Not a great experience. read more

I followed a woman called Cynthia to every labcorp location she worked at for years- she was amazing, and I had her personal phone number. I texted her to tell her I had a labcorp order and she let me know she had discontinued working there after all these years- I was crushed! How would I go about finding someone new who was as sweet and wonderful and pain-free and "for the patients" as Cynthia? Mary was every inch as accommodating as humanly possible- she was so so sweet when I asked for a butterfly needle and to do a "1, 2..deep breath" before placing the needle. She said "my pleasure" every time I thanked her- and was so kind. I was a walk-in mid-day on a Friday and it was a pretty full waiting room but I got in and out very quickly- maybe 20 mins total? They do have separate sign-in kiosks for patients sent from the women's clinic and it did take them a second to get my insurance figured out, which I'm not used to dealing with. I can't speak to parking as I got dropped off and picked up. The only thing that was less than pleasant was having the needle placed on the smaller vein on the outer side of my inner elbow. Eek- not used to people using the outer arm vein (is it called "cephalic"?). It hurt even with a butterfly- but Mary made it go fast- she was really kind and caring. read more

Labcorp - Outside of Labcorp- take elevator to 5th floor - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Beverly Hills, California

The reviews for this place terrified me, I was expecting to be spat on and to wait for five hours minimum. However, I found this place to be a pleasant experience. Everything is very clean, pristine, sanitized and well presenting. They have water available for guests who are waiting and comfortable chairs. There's a digital check in system that I found to be reliable and quick. The staff were very nice and helpful. I walked in without an appointment to get lab work done, and I was in and out, fifteen minutes. The ladies were lovely. I take transit, so I don't know about the parking situation here. I'd say the only confusing part is navigating the building to find LabCorp. It's on the fifth floor, to the left, and then a second left at the end of the hallway. The care was good, just make sure you bring whatever documents you need, insurance card, and ID then you're all set. I forgot my ID but they were really nice about it and still helped me out. Would recommend! read more

I was a walk in, the check in process was super easy. Just scan my license and my insurance info popped up. Nice clean facility. Not busy. Came midday around 2pm on a Wednesday. Parking on the street read more

I can't recommend this particular Labcorp highly enough! Just did a walk-in, having braced myself for a two hour wait, in grim DMV-like conditions. Instead, I walked in, checked in on a kiosk, and was almost immediately whisked in to get a totally painless blood draw. The office was clean and tidy, the two women working there were friendly, efficient, and skilled, and the whole experience was suspiciously pleasant. (I even got nearby, free street parking, but I guess I can't give Labcorp credit for that. Still, it added to the suspicious ease of the whole thing.) read more

My experience today was very good. Yvonne drew the blood quick, painless and easy despite my not so great veins. I was impressed Tanya and Xiaomeira were helpful and friendly at front desk. Very clean location and convenient to me. Parking A) pay in garage B) or walk 3-5 min. By getting your steps/little walking done a block down the side streets of Wilshire for 1 hour free parking. read more

Great service. Good location. Fast and extremely easy. There was no waiting, in and out.

Stephanie was incredibly professional, skilled, and attentive throughout my visit. She made the entire lab process feel seamless and kept me at ease with her calm and reassuring demeanor. Her precision and efficiency really stood out, and I truly appreciated how comfortable she made the experience. read more

Honestly don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I had an excellent experience. I was a walk-in. I went right when they opened. The office is impeccably clean. The girl who drew my blood work was very gentle and I really don't like getting blood work done. Also- it is on the 5th floor room 520. For some reason Google says it's on the second floor, but it's not. read more

This was the BEST experience I have ever had giving blood. I was a walk in and waited just 5 minutes before my blood was taken. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and seemed to care a lot more than any other place I have given blood. I do not understand any of these negative reviews and they said they always take walk-ins. Both Mary and Tania were incredible. read more

Tbh, I had concerns about coming to this location based on reading previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised today. The office was clean and brightly lit with a nice sized waiting area. Both the receptionist and phlebotomist were friendly, professional and efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 mins without an appointment. I have zero concerns about returning in the future. Great job! read more

Here's the problem All the Labcorp locations that are closed for lunch list that in their hours. I came here at 1pm because their hours said Open til 4:30. Now they say please wait in the hall 1-1:30 even though the waiting room is open. So my parking fee was $14 due to the half hour wait time. Service itself was prompt and efficient once I check in except that when the desk person needed more info she said only tbere's no info on the form, rather than just do you have the doctor's fax for the report, which I easily provided read more

Last month I had to get some labs that needed to be drawn on a very specific day of the month and time window. I was worried I would be waiting for hours like I did when I tried to get the same labs drawn the month prior at a competitors company. I decided to give Lab Corp a shot. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I'm so grateful because taking time off from work to get blood draws is not ideal. Quick, easy and quite painless read more

Went to drop off a specimen this morning. Had the terrible luck of having Michelle at the receptionist desk who knew I was only dropping off a specimen and all the while insisted that I HAD to wait when the phlebotomist had told me I could just leave it on a specimen cart and check in. There was a waiting area of at least 6 other people. Michelle, clearly incompetent is just committed to looking for the ways to make things more difficult and inefficient for all involved, including patients. I'm a healthcare attorney and as awful as things have gotten, you can thank people like Michelle for making things as unpleasant as can be expected. read more

I was nervous coming here because I needed to be at work by 8am and the other reviews left me feeling like I wouldn't be able to do it. However, they opened the doors right at 7:30am and I was done walking back to my car at 7:39am. FANTASTIC experience! The phlebotomist was super nice too! read more

Web site states specifically that walk ins are welcome. Arrived at this location at 2pm (a hour ahead of my scheduled doctor's appointment downstairs in same building) with an authorization for blood work. Person that answered the door was very nice and polite but firm that no walk ins allowed despite the web site stating otherwise. Won't return to any lab corp facility ever. Did you know it costs 7-9x the cost of the services rendered just to get a customer to return? that's what it would take. read more

Worst Ever - They REFUSED to see ANYONE who wasn't referred by a doctor in the SAME building stating something to the effect of the other doctors in the building get mad if they do. And this is even when they were sitting around helping no one. (I drove all the way there and the place was empty, but they refused to help.) I'm not sure how this is allowed. But if it is, then it should be notated clearly somewhere before you drive there (and it is not). read more

This place is an absolute disgrace. You'll have a more pleasant experience at your local DMV. Despite your Dr. specifically directing you to this lab, you can expect--after you wait in the hallway for 15 minutes; no waiting room--the extremely rude admin to tell you they only accept patients from within the building. Avoid this place at all costs, and let her live alone in her miserable bubble. read more

I walked in and they refused to do my bloodwork because I wasn't a patient (at the time) I actually use the OBGYN office they are associated with and was familiar with the location so I wanted to go there because I had such a great experience the first time but I've never heard of a walk in type lab corp saying they don't take walk ins. According to their website all of their locations take walk ins so this is very misleading. read more

Awful. Labcorp is mandated to take walk ins. This location will not. And if you are a male, dont even think about it. The obgyn clinic takes every single appointment slot. So, one it shouldnt be a labcorp because it does not take walk ins. Two, just make it an only female blood lab. read more

They refused to do my blood work. Apparently they don't take outpatients, only patients of the doctor in the building. Make the clear!!!! A waste of my time! So frustrating. read more
