After being seated, our orders were quickly taken and the wait for the food to arrive seemed shorter than usual. I ordered the Campechano Tacos. Two small corn tortillas topped with a steak and chorizo mixture then garnished with chopped cilantro and onions including lime slices. The salsas were then brought out: a green tomatillo mild sauce and a spicy chile based red sauce. I salivated like a dog experiencing a Pavlovian response. The tacos were delicious, every bite bursting with tremendous flavor. I left very satisfied with a big grin on my face.
