Received 4 redline tires for my 67 corvette. After about 6 months I had them installed on my rims and 2 were really bad,couldn't get them balanced. Called Queensway Tire and without any questions I got them replaced and installed on my rims. A real pleasure to deal with them!!! read more

I contacted Queensway Tire after BF Goodrich referred me to them as a dealer for their classic car tires (Silvertowns). After an email and a phone call, they told me they had 5 tires in stock and gave me a good price on them - 30% off of retail. I drove 6 hours roundtrip from Windsor last weekend and picked them up. The tires are wrapped in plastic so I made the mistake of not looking closely at them. After getting home and inspecting them more closely, I find out that the tires are over 8 years old! 4 made in 2007 and 1 in 2008. I just bought tires that are 80% used up based on the 10 year lifespan of tires. In fact, in the USA (where I drive my car often) it is required by law that tire stores cannot service or repair tires that are over 10 years old. Every major manufacturer recommends replacement at 10 years or less. When I contacted Queensway, I was told that they were on sale because they were their old stock and that since I drive a classic that is not driven as much, they should be fine. I realize that I have little choice in the matter and I essentially bought tires that will be 9 years old when I mount them on my car in Spring, but I want others to be aware of this before they think of buying classic car tires from Queensway. read more

Will never do business there again. Bought 2 new tires from them. They balanced, mount them and in the process messed up my tire sensors. They would not take responsibility and fix the problem. Buyer beware. read more
