I just got a call from her that she cannot clean my house as she does not come out this far. "I thought you were in Detroit." Obviously I am not when I gave you my address and city a week ago and I've been in constant contact with her confirming everything. The woman answering the phone was lovely and said the charge would be 250.00 for a 2000 square foot house. The house was not very dirty at all. One girl showed up and worked for a while an hour later the second worker showed up. They must have left right after I did because I had to totally clean the house after they left. They didn't move items, they wiped around them. The floors had spots of dirt and the sink didn't look like like the touched it. Be careful about hiring this company they were not what they claimed to be.

I wasn't happy with that but understood it. I then saw that I was charged $158 in addition to the two 50% charges equaling losing one free clean. I cancelled my debit card, disputed the charge with my bank, and changed my garage code. I do not want someone in my home who operates so unprofessionally. Proceed with caution.

Sadly, Tuesday evening came and after a phone call to them, the owner said that someone else had scheduled the service for Wednesday. Needless to say, that required a start-over process on my end. I'll own that perhaps I should have been in voice contact rather than relying on the messaging system, but the service was quite responsive through the Yelp system. Mistakes happen, but can't really recommend this company.
