I booked this cleaning company over a week ago. I provided my zip code and my home information. I booked a house cleaning due to my daughters graduation party Saturday. It was scheduled for tomorrow at 9:30am. This woman has had my address for two days. She sent me a confirmation email today. I just got a call from her that she cannot clean my house as she does not come out this far. "I thought you were in Detroit." Obviously I am not when I gave you my address and city a week ago and I've been in constant contact with her confirming everything. Now I have to scramble to try to find someone to clean my house last minute. Thanks for nothing. "We enter the wrong address in our system".... really? I hired this company based on their 4 star rating. My regular company could not accommodate a Sunday clean after an Vacation renter moved out. The woman answering the phone was lovely and said the charge would be 250.00 for a 2000 square foot house. The house was not very dirty at all. One girl showed up and worked for a while an hour later the second worker showed up. They must have left right after I did because I had to totally clean the house after they left. They didn't move items, they wiped around them. The floors had spots of dirt and the sink didn't look like like the touched it. Analytical Clean did a great job on my house! I had just moved in and the previous tenants left a MESS, including mold! The technician cleaned everything that I asked and even some places I told her she didn't need to worry about. I came home and all the moldy spots were gone on the bathroom walls, in the fridge/freezer, and inside the washer. The first time we had someone come clean from analytical clean, they left half the house uncleared which resulted in me taking pictures of the bathrooms and floor, etc that they did not even bother to clean and sending them to the owner. She sent a second lady to re-clean after this and they did a good job. However, after that, the owner raised our agreed upon price on me without reason which ultimately made me stop utilizing this cleaning company. read more

I Hate to leave a bad review, but they deserve it. I was getting a move in/move out deep clean for a house I had just purchased. I was given an estimate on the price which was $250. I was expecting a cleaning crew with industrial equipment. Instead only one lady comes by with a bucket of cleaning supplies. I called Carline and she assured me that she was a good technician and could do the job alone, and we made a deal that the price would be reduced to $200 and the technician would stay for 3 hours. When I came back to my house I was BAFFLED by how poor the job was done. there was dust on all the fans, chandelier, top of curtains, and on the top of closets. There was cobb webs in all corners of the rooms, dust and lint in the bottom of closets, they did not clean the stove or microwave. My Dad was at the home at the time of cleaning and told me she had stayed for 2.5 hours. I called Carline again and told her that this was completely UNACCEPTABLE, and she agreed to send the cleaning technician back. The cleaning techician came back and got most of the dust and cobb webs off, Which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of one. I still found some dust spots but the job could be considered acceptable at this point. I am wondering what else she did not clean and sanitize because that is not as noticeable as dusty areas. I would never hire this company again. If you hire this company, stay on them and overlook the cleaning tech, as they cannot be trusted to complete the job. read more

Carline does a wonderful job and makes sure to clean every crevasse around my house. I have a dog that sheds a good amount, but once she is finished the house has never looked better! I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a nice and trustworthy person to clean their place of residence. read more

The staff were very nice and were there to please. Their cleaning method was different and would have preferred that one space at a time was cleaned ie complete frig then move to stove etc... the last room cleaned Was the bathroom, found drip marks on tile and blinds not cleaned. That oversite made the ranking drop. read more
