We are new to the area, and started using 2 Moms & A Mop in March. They come every two weeks, and we are more than happy with their service. I've had several different wonderful women clean my house, and every single one has done a fantastic job. They listen, ask questions, and then get to work. Your cleaning crew did a PHENOMENAL job. We are normally home when your crew arrives, so we can provide guidance if needed for new team members. But in this case we weren't there. However, not only did nothing get missed, but your team member took the time for extra touches such as artfully folding our blankets and doing a super cool origami thing with the ends of the TP. ;o) I even forgot to leave out the garbage bags for replacement, but your team member managed to provide some for us. She was also super thorough. She found a card -- that has been missing from one of our games for months -- which must have been under a piece of furniture or something. I used this company for years. it was a MUCH better experience when Kim still ran it. Out of my last 10 cleanings, I had 9 diff teams, which caused inconsistent cleans. Lack of communication with current management was frustrating. read more

I have been with 2 Moms for years and they run a very customer-focused business. Any issue or problem is dealt with fairly and quickly, but to be honest there are rarely any issues. The cleaning professional that comes to my house - Katie - is thorough, detail oriented and takes the time required to clean our house the way I would clean it if I had time. I hired 2 Moms and a Mop to do a one time clean after we remodeled last year. My instructions were that I did not care how long it took or how much it cost, just get the house back to clean and dust-free. I was so disappointed to find areas of the house had not been touched and in some rooms the dirt and dust was still left in large patches that were immediately evident. I called the owners and let them know what had happened and even sent them pictures! They said the girls told them they finished the job but they could offer me a discount on my next cleaning. I would have to be nuts to have them back- how much worse would the "discounted" cleaning service be when the "money is no object" cleaning was haphazard at best... read more

We have been clients of 2 Moms for many years now. I never thought I would trust anyone to clean my house, but I was so wrong. I love my crew - they have a great attention to detail. So many things that I often overlooked are done regularly - ceiling fans, baseboards, wood blinds -- all cleaned on a rotating schedule and I love it! I'm embarassed to say that I used to think my house was clean, until I had 2 Moms & A Mop start doing it for me. I've been using 2 Mom's for 7 months and they have been fantastic. Sure they've missed a few things here or there but have been very quick to respond and not miss them the next time around. I've been very happy with their work and the amount of time they spend cleaning. Having a larger home it's great to have a reliable company come in every other week to help keep my house clean, especially with two toddlers that leave a trail of dirt and grime in their path. This is the 3rd cleaning company I've used and am very happy. read more

Not a company to use in high end homes. The maids are inconsistent and if you point out the stuff they have missed, they start getting rude with you. They also over book the maids ( coming from one of their maids Kelly) thus not giving them enough time to clean the whole house. The maids are put in the field without proper training ( this one comes from Lola). She wasn't sure how to clean wood floors. It is very hard to get in touch with the owner. The staff at the office is very pleasant especially Nicollette, but it ends with her. If the maids break anything , then good luck dealing with the owner, she will accuse you of blaming it on the girls when it was already broken. Also please don't pay attention to the piece of paper they leave you, telling you the stuff they have done. They just mark everything even though they didn't do it. One of the maids told me that they are just supposed to mark everything, even though it is not possible for them to get everything done. Also for the first cleaning they will send their best crew but after that everything is downhill. read more

Kim, the owner, is extremely nasty to deal with and very arrogant, nor does she follow through on what she says she'll do and the appointments she personally makes. Most of the crews she sends are not very good & we've had lots of trouble with getting the cleaning they promise. They've had to come back & reclean numerous times over the couple years we've used them. We stayed with them because the pricing is very reasonable. When it came to this year in our new, very large home it became a major problem in getting a good cleaning crew out. There were many, many times I had to reclean after the girls left because I was having a party that evening & could not wait until they could send another crew to clean in the future. I never asked for reimbursement for those times I had to clean up after the girls. Finally, after several months, I got a great crew that were the best cleaning girls I've ever had. Then one scheduled cleaning they couldn't come & another crew was sent that did a lot of damage to our house & property and Kim did not want to take care of it, which we fought about several times. Then she decided I was too much trouble to deal with, though I've been more than patient with HER & the problems she & her workers have caused ME! So I cannot recommend this company at all. I've heard other people complain about them as well, so it's best you look elsewhere despite the low pricing of their cleaning work. It's not worth the hassle! I'd rather pay more & deal with a more professional (& level headed), thorough cleaning company! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I have only used them once - but WOW! I hate to clean, and it was so nice to come home to such a clean house! Yes, there were a couple of minor things they missed, but considering how much work they had to do (did I mention that i hate to clean??), I was very pleased. I have a condo, not a big house like those who have written negative reviews - but clean is clean. I am looking forward to having my house cleaned every other week. read more

Unfortunately I can not recommend them to anyone. Lack of upfront communication on the agreed time commitment (cleaning was paid for by our Realtor) resulting in a complete miss on expectations. They spent the majority of their time on the recreation area above my garage (very low priority) and did not inform me about the paid time arrangements until we were almost completely "out of time". As a result, they did not clean the majority of our main house which was obviously the most important part of the entire job. Our Realtor was equally shocked/upset and when she called them requesting they stay to finish the job their answer was simply a rude "no" of which they elaborated saying it was Friday and they were leaving at 4:15pm period. Needless to say we had to pick up their slack and finish the job since our photographer arrives Sunday and the showing is next week. Horrible planning & common sense. read more
