We figured they would take that into account and bring the portable equipment. Instead, they came with the truck, looked at the couch, explained to me that he was leaving to go get the portable equipment, and then texted my assistant to just cancel the appointment. I'm disappointed and will not recommend them. Sucks, because he seemed like a nice guy, and I would've hired the company to come out every month.
