I have well water that has stained my sinks and tubs orange over the years. I was never able to get it off myself. Well, my ProMaid housekeeper made a point (without me asking) to tackle the orange stains. After two visits she had it completely gone!!!! I never thought I'd see that day. And, with the regular upkeep it hasn't come back. I also like that I can make special requests and they're always happy to comply. They are usually very pleasant and in good spirits, which always makes my day brighter. I do give the cleaners a tip each week. It's not required, and they always seem surprised and happy about it, but that may also help get great service. I feel like they deserve it when they go the extra mile -- which they usually do. I also make sure to be very clear in my instructions. I have a large home and it would be unreasonable of me to expect every nook & cranny cleaned when I only have them here a few hours. So, before they get started, I always go over with them what I want done that week. And, it always gets done to my satisfaction. A cleaning service is a lot out of the budget, but these are professionals and they can get a lot more done in a shorter about of time than I could ever do myself. My home feels so good when they leave. So, it's worth the money to me. I just wish I could afford to have them come every week!!!

We figured that was fine, whatever it took to ensure a thorough cleaning of our house before we moved in the next day. Our focus was on the kitchen and bathrooms as the carpets had just been cleaned and the walls painted. Imagine our dismay to find that after 2.5 hours of cleaning, when the team said they were done, the kitchen and bathrooms were still a mess. Drawers full of crumbs, the wood floor still filthy, grunge in the microwave and fridge, the light fixtures still caked visible with dust. The management team said that they would communicate with us during the cleaning to ensure that all items were done appropriately and that nothing was missed. Unfortunately this didn't occur and the next contact was the management simply asking to be paid. It was as if management had lost all their information on our cleaning, didn't know that we were requesting a "move in" clean, didn't know that the move was coming up in the following day or two and didn't know what we had asked for. You would think that a business would want to put their best face forward for new customers at the very least! I cannot recommend their services to anyone. I will be sure to let my realtor about the difficulties we had so Elite can be removed from their recommended list of companies.

I wasn't happy with that but understood it. I then saw that I was charged $158 in addition to the two 50% charges equaling losing one free clean.
