At about 945 I texted the number I had been communicating with to get an update since no one was here - I received a response that Sarah, the cleaner, needed to stop for some supplies and was running a bit behind but would be there soon.She arrived at about 1015 and only had a small bucket of a few cleaning supplies. I mentioned that I had a vacuum in a closet that she could utilize - she thanked me and we discussed that I needed my house deep cleaned as I as getting ready to list it for sale. She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. While no money was wasted - I've wasted hours of my time. (And im still perplexed she left without ensuring I paid for the services of the company she works for).

Scheduled a deep clean with Fresh space - I have family coming in town and it was my birthday so…read moredidn't feel like spending the whole day cleaning. I also paid the $5 x3 for ceiling fans. I've never had my home "professionally" cleaned before so I didn't know what to expect. The cleaner arrived on time, then did a walk thru of the house. She said it would be quick and easy (I do regularly clean but wanted some special attention to things I don't do regularly- floorboards, fans etc) About 20 mins before she was finished she asked me to take a look around. The living room and kitchen were still messy but said she was still working on those. The bathroom lights and cabinets were still covered in dust so I asked her if she could do those, which she did. Once completely finished she asked me to take a look as she was packing up / walking out. I rushed thru quickly and on the surface it looked good so I said thanks and she left. Upon further inspection - NOTHING that was included in the "deep clean" was done aside from the living room floor boards. None of the kitchen or bedroom floor boards were done. She said in the bedrooms she only vacuums and mops cuz "she doesn't want to be in personal spaces". At the end of the day the cleaning ended up being pretty much what I would do when cleaning, nothing seemed like the professional cleaning. Also my fans that I paid extra for are still dirty too. I did reach out to the company and they discounted it but I still way overpaid for this.

I still don't recommend FreshSpace and I stand by my review, because the only cleaning they did was still substandard. Because of the headache and frustration accompanying it, I don't consider the "cleaning" I received to be of good value, even though it was ultimately free. Had I been given a (heavily discounted) opportunity to receive a real cleaning from them, I might have reconsidered based on a second attempt at performing competently. They haven't. So from where I stand, this company failed to do what I paid them for -- and then essentially held my money hostage for 7 months until I initiated contact for a refund.
