They clearly used the wrong or harsh cleaning products, and ever since then my oven has been nothing but problems. My oven began smoking after the cleaning, takes an extremely long time to preheat, and now there is a gas leak. It has become unsafe to use and is now completely broken. Before the cleaning, I was not experiencing these issues. To make matters worse, the quality of the cleaning itself was unacceptable. The cleaner washed my dishes, but every single dish was still dirty. I had to rewash them myself because they had food residue and were not properly cleaned. It was obvious that little care or attention was given to the job. I trusted this company to professionally clean my home, but instead I was left with a damaged appliance, dirty dishes, and the expense and inconvenience of repairing or replacing my oven. This was supposed to make my life easier, but it created more work and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take responsibility for the damage and poor service and make this situation right.

This was after 3 years of service. The owner then screamed at my mom, accused her of having conversations with her staff about her, and hung up on her after screaming, "you're fired!" My mother is a widow and I can't believe that a business owner would treat her paying clients this way! Unacceptable! Would not recommend. *UPDATED* There is no campaign against you. You earned a negative review. You disagree. But you're not reviewing my family's business. My family is reviewing yours. However, your absolutely unhinged reaction all over social media has proven that your workers, my mom, and my family were right. The paranoia. The controlling behavior. The vitriol. All of it. I have been throughly impressed with their cleaning services and attention to detail. No matter what service package you request your home will sparkle! I was able to use them twice in the past few months once for a move out cleaning before I listed my condo and then for a standard clean the day before closing. The following day at closing the new owners asked if I had hired a service to clean the condo or was I an ocd cleaner because they were throughly impressed with how clean the condo was left. I laughed at their comments as I am not the best housekeeper and shared I had used hotshot pro cleaning services that they were responsible for the sparkle. The new owners asked for the company's information as they want to continue using this services for the condo but also for their family home in Clarkston, MI. If you have never had your house cleaned before or are worried it will be weird being at home while they are present don't. Marc & Sam made me feel comfortable with being home at the time of service, I never felt judged or ashamed despite my white carpet looking like I had just released a confetti canyon. Prior to their departure I asked them if they could use any of the food on the counter for themselves as I had absolutely no room in my car to take it with me. Instead of saying no or taking all the items for themselves they suggested I donate the items to a local food bank. To my surprise Marc & Sam offered to take any of the items I wanted to donate to a food pantry/community center in Pontiac. I was unfamiliar with the specific organization as I tend to donate to the same places every time. Marc told me more about the organization and what services they offer to the community along with where it was located in the area. It was absolutely heartwarming to see their passion for service, the community, and for the greater good. I highly recommend Hotshot Pro Cleaning to anyone who is looking for their home to sparkle and be inspired by hardworking servant leaders.
