The two times that I did reach someone on the phone, I was told to hold on or to call back, and then never got a person again. To me this is really horrible customer service, and just communicates that they aren't interested in securing new customers. Maybe they're so fabulous that they don't need new customers, but I'm in my opinion everybody should be accorded good service no matter what. Good customer service means that you call people back when they leave a message, even if you aren't interested in taking their carpet cleaning job.

Then I got a call saying that the appointment will be delayed from 10 o'clock to 3 PM in the afternoon. I coordinated by Tenant to meet with them at the new time. But an hour after the designated time they called and said they won't make it at all. I had pre-paid so they said they would refund my money. But overall felt like I wasted my time and the time of my tenant to coordinate getting the apartment clean. Poor service port communication poor overall experience. Stay away.
