I've followed this young lady for so long and finally decided to support her business. Never having ordered from her beforehand, I decided NOT to guess my size and opted to use the size chart provided on the website. Once the item arrived, I noticed the size chart that arrived in the bag had different measurements. As per the chart on the site, it recommendeded a M/L which is a size 10-14, the other chart says M/L is a size 6-8. I immediately sent an email regarding the size discrepancies. I also asked if she was willing to accommodate my request for the correct size because this was not my error. She stated, " That's why we recommended measuring yourself before ordering." "If you want to return it, you have to pay $30 for shipping." MEANWHILE the item costs $39. Im not doing that. I politely requested her to direct me on the website where this recommendation can be found. My messages now get ignored. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a corset bra after seeing it in tik tok. I went by the size chart posted and when the item arrived it was way too small. Online it states they will exchange as long as the item is new in bag with tags. I called customer support and she said it would cost me $20 to ship back to them. I paid $4 at my post office to ship the bra back and then got an email saying that I was charged $27.97 for return and exchange. What kind of business practice is that? You charge me to pay to ship something back to you. The quality was cheap and the business practices are subpar. I will not be purchasing from here again. To sum it up I paid double the price of the original bra and in the end I am still waiting on the "exchanged" bra 2 weeks later. Don't fall for this trap. read more

A fair review for a fair product Ordered: *Crop shape bra - $19.99 (too small, wanted to exchange, I'm about a 40C and ordered a large. It was incredibly tight - so I won't rate it. And didn't exchange it because of ridiculously high shipping cost) *Resilient body wrap - $19.99 (One size - 3 stars for reasons stated below) *Seamless full body shaper - $39.99 (XL (reg size 14-16) 4 stars - don't expect a miracle. This is moderate hold, not firm hold. but its lightweight and great for the summer under a dress) Shipping: $21.96 (high cost, more than what I pay to ship a much heavier and larger box the same distance. So basically they're charging you for shipping AND HANDLING. Basically passing on their labor costs to the customer) Total: $93.93 The quality of the items on a scale of Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor...I would rate fair to good. The main criticism is in regard to the body wrap. If you don't cover all the velcro strips they show thru ur clothing, also the end of the wrap does not lay flat and has their logo emblazoned across it like a championship boxing belt. It's supposed to be discreet, and undetectable, it is NOT and CAN be seen underneath anything you wear that is fitted or as they say bodycon....so don't get the bodywrap thinking its invisible under your clothing. Exchanges? Fahgedaboudit, $30 bucks, that's rounded up from $27 something dollars, for one small $19.99 bra. The shipping cost is unreasonable. the most it should cost to ship back the bra I wanted to return was about $9/round trip. So $18 handling charge? I received my full body Shapewear the day after I needed it. It took a while for the product to ship. I read a lot of reviews after my purchase that scared me. But I went ahead and tried it on for the first time today. It does appear to be very tiny when you pull it out of the package. It does take some work to put on but it stretches and pulls everything in. It even lifted my butt. I bought the XL/2x size which is the size I wear in regular clothes.
