PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE. I bought a necklace at Eros as a Christmas gift, upon check out I asked if I was able to return the necklace if it didn't fit the satisfaction of my liking and they said yes. The next day I went to return it and said I could only receive store credit for what I bought. I told them I do not want store credit, that I will never come back here being a male and that the store has nothing that interests me. She picked up a small sign that was sitting behind a plant explaining their policy and that they have been in business for 18 years and "that's how it's always been." Please do not shop here expecting reasonable and fair business. I have never heard of a business ran on a store credit basis only for returns. Especially being a guy shopping for someone else on Christmas. read more
