I used this business for wedding invitations and took lots of time to meet with them to go over exactly what was expected. My wedding invitations were not only late but multiple items were missing when they were sent out. For example: there was no ribbon, wax seal or onion skin paper. Please tell me how you send out wedding invitations unfinished? I just don't understand. The owner would only respond by email. It's two years later and I still can't believe how unprofessional this was therefore, I felt lead to leave a review to discourage others from feeling this way.
