I went in for a pedicure around 2:30/3 and was directed to pick my color and to a chair as soon as I walked in. The gentleman did a great job. This place is quiet and relaxing. My feet are really ticklish, but he was patient and took his time, which is something I have a hard time finding at other places. Regular polish was $30 and gel was $40. If I could give 0 stars I would. They totally butchered my nails. I had the dip from my usual place and when they remove the dip they use acetone so as not to ruin my real nails. Well, this place clipped the dip off and took my real nails off with them. Literal hack job. I made a couple comments and she was like, "I fix." I'm thinking, how are you going to make my nails regrow instantly. Anyhow, when it came time to dip my nails, they don't even do that! She painted on the dip like you would acrylic nails. The end result was lumpy with some parts of the "dip" thicker than others. Ugh! I'm so sad. I commented on how she was applying the dip and she was like, "same". No, it's not the same!! Waste of $40 and my time. We waited longer than the actual process took because she rushed through it. The place is dirty too. I would not put my feet in those tubs. Stay away! Save yourself. If you want a dip find a place that knows how to apply the dip right and will take better care with your nails. read more

Would never go here again. I went in for an Acrylic take-off and manicure. He began my appointment by trying to BREAK the nails off. He got frustrated when I told him it was hurting. He did not even completely remove the acrylic and left chunks all over my nails because he didn't want to take the time to do it correctly. I told him I wanted to keep my nails long and he cut two of them extremely short and literally said out loud "oops" like he did it spitefully. Then he didn't even preform a "manicure" he literally only painted them. Charged me for Acrylic takeoff and manicure and did neither of them correctly. Not to mention he dialed 911 right in front of me as he finished up to make sure I didn't leave without paying BECAUSE HE KNEW IT WAS TERRIBLE. I worked in a nail salon for over 2 years and have never seen such unprofessionalism from the OWNER of all people. On another note it was also disgusting like he hadn't cleaned the salon in years. There's no way he's passed a health inspection. He needs his license revoked and this place needs to be shut down period!!!! read more

This salon is average. I have been here twice. Their decor is VERY outdated and not kept up with. Their pedicure chairs look nice and clean, but I have never had a pedicure from this salon. Their tools are run of the mill dirty tools that make you question if you will get an infection. I think the quality of the nails depends on what you want. Last time I got a full set of square nails and they were pretty good. This time I asked for almond ombré nails. The almond shape is not very even in length or shape. Thankfully I can fix this at home with my own file! The ombré is average as well. The color is not super even, but it's not the end of the world. They will stay open past 7 if you call. This is one of the few salons in Jefferson City and I didn't have time to go to Morristown or Knoxville. I might be back if I run out of time again. read more

I gave this business multiple chances and each time I arrive WITH appointment I wait over 30 minutes. Today had a 10 am appointment and after waiting already 25 minutes Sen told me it was going to be 30 more. The lady she was doing a pedicure for then hopped into her nail chair. Previous time I waited and not until I had already been waiting 20 minutes did she then say "can you come back in an hour?" I might have if she hadn't already wasted my time. Time prior I had 9am appointment and no staff arrived until well after 9. I wasn't concerned with women waiting for the doors to unlock because I booked an appointment. To my surprise they STILL took someone before me! It's unfortunate because Sen does beautifully on my nails and Kim's pedicures are top notch but I would be fired if I treated people so poorly at my job. I always tipped $10-$12 per service and I will never return here. My time matters too and we have a choice where to get services. I am an every single 2 weeks fill client and also brought my teenage daughter. PS the elderly lady that does nails did my daughters one time and they were sooo dreadful I was embarrassed for her. We didn't make a fuss we just knew we would only see Sen next time. WAY too many chances were given! read more

$25 pedicure- only high point. The lady touched my feet and then went over and touched a ladies hands. Afterwards she freaking hacked the top of my toe off and then was extremely pushy to put my toe BACK in the water while it was bleeding- after I said no at least three times. Then kept putting blue liquid on it after I repeatedly said "no I don't want that on my toes". Open wound plus the lack of hygiene seen, let's say I'm going home to decontaminate myself immediately. Afterwards her and the other worker beside her started talking (obviously about me) back and forth until the man told them to be quiet. After she finished my nails the manager only said sorry and STILL charged me for it. I do NOT recommend this place. read more

Getting my nails done is a luxury I do for just me !! But this was a joke. First off when I went in asked to have my dip nails soaked off & redo. The man up front which I found out later He was the owner. Is a liar !!! When I asked to price of powder or gel he said both $30.00 He was so busy listening to his computer in his language I guess I was a bother. The place is dirty & dingy to say the least. The lady that did my nails was Hard to understand but I did get gel $20.00 powder $30.00 but last longer. Once her drill caught the edge of my finger & then the other hand she nipped my skin! She asked u feel that ?? Well duh.! The edges were cured up ! Awful to say the least ! I only went there to use a gift card it wasn't worth what my friend paid for it at all !!! I've been to this salon several times now and can say the service is fairly well. Even when it's busy I usually never have to wait very long. I prefer the male (I think his name is Roger) personally for my nails because he's the best! But everyone there is friendly and will do whatever you request. Prices are fair. i loved the width of the acrylic nails i got, but the lady did not give me the correct length and hardly knew what "stiletto" meant (i got more almond shaped than stiletto but whatever) . the color (white) was very nice, but the polish turned out sort of translucent. i asked for a glitter top coat on the ring fingers and it was okay when i left, but later on it developed a yellow tint and it's obvious. the nails were very fragile and kept snapping off and/or in half. ridiculous. i thought this place would be good, considering the price and what others have said about it, but honestly, i am THOROUGHLY disappointed. not going back. wasting another $25 on a new set from here ? nah. try again. also, as i am typing this, my pinky nail is loose. repulsing. i am literally missing four (about to be five) nails. smh. thanks for nothing. read more
