At the end of the night, I left thinking I had found the perfect spot to meet up with friends, unwind, and enjoy good vibes. Unfortunately, that feeling changed the next morning when I noticed my card had been charged a different amount than what I agreed to pay. Yes, I left a tip, but it appeared the total had been altered after the fact. I returned the next day to address the issue and was told that only the manager could assist me, and that I would need to come back after 6 p.m. No one acknowledged the problem, apologized for the inconvenience, or attempted to resolve the situation. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. The amount may have been small, but trust is everything when it comes to spending my money. At this point, I would spend more in gas driving back and forth than the amount that was overcharged. I had genuinely hoped this would become one of my regular spots, but after this experience, I won't be returning.
