After reading all the reviews, I was very suprised to have such a bad experience with this company…read more They did arrive as scheduled and were very friendly. However, the cleaning service was awful! They advised us that the carpet would be dry by the next morning. It actually took 4 days for the carpet to dry out (and I hope I don't have mold underneath). On the second day you could actually feel the water seeping up between your toes if you walked on it bare foot. It's like they sprayed water in but didn't bother to suck any back out. Then the two sofas were not even completely cleaned. The headrests and footrests were not even touched (sofas have recliners on each end). Then they applied the fabric protection spray (add on that we opted for) and it made the fabric hard and very scratchy. Then, as if all that was not enough, the carpet and sofas now have a very nasty smell to it and it is VERY strong. You smell it as soon as you walk into the room. I am wondering if they actually used dirty water on our stuff. Now, I have to rent a carpet cleaner and try to get the smell out. Our carpet did not have that smell before they 'cleaned' it, and I absolutely will not use a 'professional' carpet cleaning service again. Worst experience ever! And, we paid for it!

We needed our basement clean because it was so dusty and dirty from the construction of the house…read more We had several companies come out for a quote and we chose Cincinnati maintenance. Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Our basement floor is no longer gross and we can finally setup and enjoy our basement. I HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Maintenance in a heartbeat.

Overall Cincinnati Maintenance was our best pick. So glad we went with them. We scheduled for a free estimate. Jesse was very professional and did a great job on our carpets. It took him an hour. We only had two bedrooms and a hallway that needed cleaning. The pricing was reasonable and the carpets were super clean/soft. I highly recommend them!

In December 2021, Rainbow was contacted to do water remediation. I was told it was $1,000 paid…read moreupfront for them to come and begin work. It was paid over the phone via credit card. The crew showed up and I was informed that the damage was easily fixed by ripping out the carpeting and drying the floor with fans/dehumidifiers. The crew was on-site and working for approximately 7-8 hours in total. I was never provided with any additional written estimate, only a verbal from the foreman, and was told the cost would not exceed $1,500. I received a written bill in January 2022 for $2,552.52 with no itemization. Attempts to call the office for further documentation (including a signed contract) were met with argumentative desk staff and a promise to "call back" after speaking with management. No further communications were received. February 2022- I got a letter that states a lien is being placed on the property for nonpayment. The only work that was done was the inspection, the removal and haul away of carpet, and the use of 1 industrial dehumidifier. I was told by Rainbow that insurance was not necessary to file as there was NO drywall damage and no mold/mildew. It took me over 2 weeks of emailing to arrange a phone conversation with a manager, Tuesday Hanavan. Once on the call, she was completely unapologetic about the seemingly shady business practices and lack of communication. BUYER BEWARE!!! Teasdale Fenton is a much better company, call them instead!

Do not do business with this company no matter what story they try to sell you. They may even tell…read moreyou that your insurance company sent them which will be a lie. The contractors that this company hired to do the work even gave us nightmare stories of previous customers and told us how they tell rainbow what needs to be done and rainbow instructs them to cut corners. The roofers they hired actually stopped doing business with them right after our house. The employees would come everyday with stories about how rainbow does business and that the managers fight and yell at the office. The painter actually told us on the first day that he hated painting and had no real previous experience and that he was actually color blind. (No that isn't a joke) They put the bathroom in and had to rip it out 2 times because of issues...the 2nd time they actually put a nail through a pipe. Then they ended up leaving a wall standing that was full of smoke damage. The plumber later told us that they advised rainbow to tell us that some of the piping that was exposed at the time needed to be replaced...but rainbow chose not to and finished the bathroom ( we found this out later after the company stopped doing business with them. The amount of damage they did to the house would cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair. They left the house sit in the winter without electricity or gas which caused the floor to buckle in our dining room and caused damage to other parts of the house and the insurance company refused to cover it. One of their employees actually broke into our house and stole some of rainbows equipment.... Just an unreal year long experience that I would not wish on anyone. There are other people who have reported similar stories and I believe some of those are on rainbows Facebook page.
